Crying.
As I write this I am crying because just like @ryupetersen , I sought a hypnotherapist for my suicidal depression and the chronic anxiety causing it.

At the time, I was 30 years old. I’m now 38 and I’ve been a hypnotherapist since.

Ryan and I are both fighters who both claim that Hypnotherapy didn’t just help us survive but it helped us to thrive.

Knowing that I have helped so many people like Ryan is such a blessing. Seriously. It makes me feel so happy to be alive, to survive those evil, demonic, depressing thoughts. Although I wasn’t the one to help Ryan initially, I worked with him prior to this fight by allowing him to listen to my own personal hypnotherapy track. I made this track for myself and the purpose was to help me relax, focus and execute in all aspects of life. From professional, to personal, from work to sport, from daily activities to performing in front of the Billions of people on Earth, this track keeps me calm, confident and in control. This track keeps me thriving and winning.

Ryan said he felt so peaceful that when he came out of this hypnosis track. He woke up and began his walk to the ring and he literally won the greatest comeback fight in BKFC history.

I mainly work with business owners, sales professionals and athletes but if you’re someone who just wants general emotional and trauma relief, please DM me.

I have help and love for anyone who is willing to help and love themselves.

Thank you, Ryan and thank you @bareknucklefc , @thebareknuckleshow and @soscianetwork

I love you all.

Most business owners don’t have a strategy problem.

They have a mindset problem.

You can read every business book, hire every coach, and build the perfect marketing plan—but if fear, self-doubt, procrastination, burnout, or limiting beliefs are running the show, you’ll keep finding ways to sabotage your own success.

That’s why I love hypnotherapy.

Hypnotherapy isn’t about giving you motivation for a day. It’s about helping you change the automatic thought patterns and emotional responses that influence your decisions every single day.

When your mind changes…
• Confidence grows.
• Stress becomes manageable.
• Focus improves.
• Communication gets stronger.
• Decision-making becomes clearer.
• Sales conversations feel more natural.
• Leadership becomes more authentic.

Your business rarely outgrows your mindset.

When you work on the person behind the business, the business often follows.

If you’re a business owner who’s tired of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or held back by your own thinking, let’s find out what’s really standing in your way.

❓ Skepticism is the heart of science.

💔 It’s a heart I constantly break.

⏱️ It’s time, it’s always time to break the cycle.

🫵🏻 You can heal and improve or you can be right.
In this case, being “right” about your skepticism is being wrong.

🫵🏻 If you choose to avoid this message and its purpose, you’re choosing to avoid your own purpose.

🫵🏻 Your purpose is this: You were meant to ask questions but you were also meant to learn the answers.

🫵🏻 If you lived most of your life asking the same questions, then chances are, you never cared to believe the answers

🙏🏻 Belief is a choice.

🤷🏻‍♂️ What do you choose?

You WILL die creating the same results from doing the same actions, from feeling the same emotions and from thinking the same thoughts.

Unless of course you change your life by changing your mind.
