Leaving Telouet we headed to Taznakht via Ait Benhaddou (Gladiator was filmed here at the ancient Ksar). We passed the spooky ‘Gas Haven’ abandoned film set in the desert from The Hills Have Eyes and headed up Tizi n’ Bachkoum. ⛰️

Long desert roads, massive climbs, hairpin descents and camels featured in the journey to our next camp near Agdz in a palm oasis. 🌴

With tired legs and bodies from 4 epic days of riding in the heat, storms and at altitude, we fell asleep to the chorus of frogs 🐸

Graean Cymru 2026.

Great to have done something a little different this weekend up in North Wales. It was made even better by a cracking course and event set up by @gloriousgravel

Definitely want to do another.

Also had a chance to give the new @vielo.cc a run out, and unsurprisingly it was amazing. by @vielo.cc
