For a very long time when someone asked who I am I would answer “ l’m a wife and a mom “ but I am much more then that. I have spent decades pleasing and doing for others before I do for myself, but a new Mary is in town. A new Mary has been born and fuck, she is more powerful than she’s ever been before. When things you can’t control try to break you and take you to your lowest and you rise the fuck up and keep walking thats when you realize your true strength. I won’t give my whole life story but I will say nice people get mistaken for weak people. Kind people get mistaken for a Bxtch and loyal people get taken for granted. When someone ask me who I am now “ I’ll still say a wife and mom “ BUT I’m also strong, an athlete, state record holder, kind, loyal, honest, trustworthy, a great friend, beautiful, spiritual, dangerous, determined, and not someone you can walk on. I can be the sweetest and kindest person you could ever meet and will help anyone but I can also be your worst Fxxkin nightmare. I am unleashed and unfiltered now days and it’s who I truly am. I get to take control of what I want in life and I will start to be selfish with myself. I will put myself first while still being a good mom and wife. Mental break down was a spiritual wake the fuck up for me. by @viking___princess

We had the most amazing anniversary trip ever and was long over due. We took a trip to Colorado Springs. We called it our honeymoon. We’ve been together for 23yrs and married for 22 of those. A long marriage doesn’t come without problems from time to time but it’s what you do with those problems. We continue to improve and we have to do better. We are entering a brand new stage of our marriage and I am excited for everything to come. Sometimes we get so busy building our life that we forget to build on the love that built it to begin with. We now practice 1-1-1 which is 1 date night a week, 1 weekend get away a month, and 1 big trip a year. We also started to put each other first and before the children as well. Our children will grow up and start their own life’s and we have to make sure we still have our marriage strong for when it’s just us 2. I had such a great time at iron warrior comp this Saturday. I got my 3rd state record as well for mammoth bar deadlift at 372lbs. I didn’t get to train like I planned but overall I still did amazing. The keg i zerod but tried anyways. So glad my hubby got rotation to come watch and help me. Such a great day and much needed. Mammoth Bar Deadlift - 372lbs Keg - 150lbs Hercules Hold - 300lbs each hand held for 57 seconds Farm Carry - 125lb one hand 150lbs the other Stone to platform - 145lbs believe 6 reps by @viking___princess

We had such an amazing date night. One of my favorites. We first went to a candlelight concert which was very different experience for us but very beautiful and then dinner reservation. We have a new Marriage Rule. 1-1-1 1 date night a week 1 weekend get away a month 1 big trip a year No kids allowed 😜👌🏻 This new rule has been very good for us and we have huge plans together. We were driving all day yesterday so didn’t get to post but I want to wish a big happy birthday to Jonathan. He is officially 13yrs old. So crazy he is a teenager. Time has to slow down a bit. Jonathan is off to public school. A lot of change is happening this year and this is one. He is very excited and happy to go to public school and I’m excited for him. He sure is a cutie. He is in 7th grade by @viking___princess
