POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I'm proud to announce the first TRAUERMOND demo. Written and recorded with @erikeveryday and Noigiallach.
What's presented is just a rehearsal demo, more is to come from TRAUERMOND...

Trauermond live in Eliot Maine is finally out on Bandcamp. Originally only released on CD, handmade and given only to members of The Order of the Horrid Star and others close in the scene. It is now available for all. This is Trauermond's most crushing recording yet and a declaration of hatred to those who make a mockery out of black metal.

Trauermond will return.

Live Free or Die.

A slow descent into darkness...

The Decay of the Northern Woodlands tells a story about a dying land and how one man tries to save it. Desperate to save his home, watching the slow decay. He turns to magic and pleads with the forest around him. At that moment he is visited by someone or something unexplainable.

Hear it for yourself and find all the answers on my Bandcamp. Link in my bio.

This Saturday, among the dark and eerie landscape will be a small collection of items available. A small batch of tapes featuring new unreleased tracks as well as songs from The Decay of the Northern Woodlands. These new tracks expand on the story and mystery of The Northern Woodlands.
These tapes will only be available Saturday at the @jewelmusicvenue and some have already been claimed by members of the inner circle. I will also have stickers available.
Be there for a night of rituals and darkness. by @vile.remains

It was only a matter of time before @distortingawoodpecker and I collaborated. We have been making music for a long time, both together and separately and both expressed support for our respective projects. It was bound to happen.
Nov. 15th marked the first official collaboration between our projects. We joined the stage together to play a completely unique composition. Both of us stepped out from the comforts of how we normally play and did something completely different while also maintaining core aspects of each project. If this will ever happen again, only time can tell. Regardless, I am very glad it happened.

There may or may not be a recording of what was heard in Haverhill that night. Maybe better to not miss the next show. There may also be a split in the works. Who knows.

Thank you to @vestigesofraum for the great photos.
And as always, thanks to "An Entity" for always providing essential gear for live performances. by @vile.remains

Beauty Under Blackened Veils is live on Bandcamp.

Black metal has and always will be hateful music at its core. Spawned out of hate, it is pure malice as an artform.
Presented is a very important aspect of what this genre is capable of. Love and hate, two sides of the same coin. Vile Remains has up until now only explored the hateful side. Beauty Under Blackened Veils displays true love and romance in a raw aggressive manner.
Black metal has always been capable of exploring themes relating to romance and love and recently, more artists have been doing so. Romantic Black Metal will continue to flourish and is one of the few themes that actually stays true to this genre's roots.
