HÖSTLOV PÅ RIKTIGT!

Tack till Svenska turistföreningens tidning ”Turist” som besökte oss förra året och deltog och skrev om vårt familjepaket ”Höstlov på riktigt” fyllt av skog, spel och samvaro för hela familjen.

I senaste numret finns detta finfina reportage av Lisa Ising och bilder av André De Loisted, som inspirerar för det kommande höstlovet.
Detta peppar verkligen oss ännu mer att få bjuda in er till årets familje-retreat fyllt av återhämtning, gemenskap och upptäckande.

Vi har skapat ett paket för familjer och mor-/farföräldrar som vill komma bort från skärmarna och uppleva något meningsfullt tillsammans med sina barn och barnbarn – med mycket närande tid tillsammans i den höstvackra naturen och inne i myset på Villa Söderåsen - tre dagar med ett mjukt flöde av närvaro, lek och vila.

We are so honored and proud to be one of three finalists in Visit’s Best Stay Award.

We are not convinced that competition and comparison are always the best ways to move communities, companies, and individuals forward. But we believe that this position did not come from comparing ourselves with others. Rather, it came from trusting ourselves, being who we are, and doing that genuinely.

Of course, that also comes with hard work, energy, and many challenges. But when it comes from a place of exploring what feels true, allowing what feels meaningful, and inviting others into that space, all the energy, work, and challenges are worth it.

We are not a fancy hotel, but we offer something very personal and genuine, and we meet it with our full hearts. So to be one of three finalists among more than 6,000 hotels based on feedback and reactions from actual guests on over 60 platforms, means a lot to us.

And of course, we are also very thankful for all the work @visitplatform puts into their products, making it possible for us to do what we love most - inviting you to Villa Söderåsen and the magestic nature of Söderåsen.

The most meaningful
Receiving, practicing, assimilating and being with the teaching and inviting it beautifully to be present in all parts of this everyday life - is the most meaningful - no doubt!
And on top of that, get to be together in lush alive nature being reminded and taking part of the jewls, is such a blessing.

Today we have a SamaYoga work-flow day together. Writing some texts, shooting some movies and setting intentions to the next SamaYoga workshop weekend

We like to announce that it’s coming up now Nov 20-22 in our sweet home village Röstånga in-bedded in the beautiful nature of Söderåsens nationalpark.
The theme for this upcoming workshop weekend with Sky teaching, is ”more chanting”

In response to so many requests, we are weaving more mantras, sound practices, and sacred understanding into this upcoming retreat.
Some words from Sky:
”Our voice is our most intimate instrument - so near, dear, and unique to each of us. How can we leave it out of our practice when tuning into it brings such deep vitality, resonance, and presence? Chanting is a direct doorway to clearing the subtle channels, settling the mind, and activating the natural flow of life force within us.
Alongside this deeper dive into voice and mantra, the weekend will remain grounded in well-balanced Sama Yoga classes, infused as always with warm humor, ease, and timeless spiritual wisdom.  Come explore the power of your own sound and let your practice sing.”

Under höstlovet bjuder vi – Åsa & Sebastian Mullaert – in till tre dagar på Villa Söderåsen, en plats för återhämtning, gemenskap och upptäckande.

Denna gång startar vi och avslutar i Röstånga vid Nationalparkens södra entré utanför Villa Söderåsen och vi utforskar den vidunderliga naturen kring Odensjön - denna magiska bottenlösa källsjö där vi givetvis även marinerar oss (valfritt att bada men jag lovar - du ångrar INTE ett Odensjö-bad)

Scholarship opportunity 😊

Sunday is the final day to apply for one of the 5 scholarship places for my Nature Immersion & Creativity Workshop, taking place 25–27 August in and around Söderåsen National Park, Sweden. In direct connection with @villasoderasen

This workshop is an invitation to spend 2-3 full days immersed in nature while exploring creativity, awareness and a different way of relating to your own creative process. You don’t need to be an artist. The workshop is for anyone who feels curious about creativity, loves being in nature, or simply wants to reconnect with something essential.

The scholarship is intended to make the workshop possible for those who otherwise wouldn’t be able to attend.
