Here I am, in my element—out sourcing art! Vintage Works has been my full-time focus for the past three years, after starting as my side hustle two years before that. What began as a love for old buildings soon grew into a passion for interiors and art—and five years ago, I could never have imagined the business I have today.

At Vintage Works, we specialise in unique vintage art and wall-hung objects that bring warmth and character to your home—without the hassle.
We source each piece with the same care I’d choose for my own home and ship worldwide.

Behind every image you see online lies hours of searching, dedication, and passion. It’s not about big brands or high price tags—it’s about one-of-a-kind finds that blend effortlessly with what you already love, creating a space that’s uniquely yours.

I’m drawn to color, pattern, and the beauty of patina, and I believe vintage art has a way of adding soul to a space.
I love seeing people embrace their own style—even when it’s nothing like mine—because the best interiors are always the ones that feel true to you.

After 13 years in Stockholm, our family (kids, dog, and all) moved to a small town in southern Sweden. I cherish the thrill of sourcing and the relationships with our wonderful clients—many of whom return again and again from all over the world.

Rooftops, a lovely piece by Alvar Lundin (1894–1975), with a frame that has the most beautiful patina.

We spend a lot of time photographing our pieces in different settings so you can get a real sense of how they might look in your home. We’re also always happy to send a video if you’d like to see a piece in more detail.

It takes time, but we think it’s time well spent. Our return rate is nearly zero, and we want to keep it that way.

Available on vintageworks.se under "New arrivals".

I really love redecorating with things we already have at home. Moving a painting to a different wall, changing the rug, rearranging a few pieces can completely change how a room feels without buying anything new.

Sometimes you just need to look at what you already have with fresh eyes. And I’ll never get tired of an oil painting against busy wallpaper.

Axel Olson was one of the six artists who formed the Halmstad Group in 1929. Together, they became known for bringing surrealism, cubism and geometric abstraction into Swedish modernism.

The group was never formally dissolved and remained together for 50 years, until Stellan Mörner’s death in 1979. Axel Olson continued painting throughout his long career and died in 1986.

There’s a permanent Halmstad Group exhibition at Mjellby Konstmuseum, and I’m almost a little embarrassed to admit that I still haven’t made it there. It’s definitely on my list. Last year, Hallands Konstmuseum also had a wonderful exhibition dedicated to the group.

And now we have this beautiful work by Axel Olson, just added to the website. Find it under New Arrivals, along with all the details.

What's next?

Four years of Vintage Works have taught me an enormous amount about building a business. And lately I've been thinking about what I could do with everything I've learned if I started something completely new.

That's where @harryframes2026 comes in.

Vintage Works isn't going anywhere. I still have so much I want to do with it: more great pieces to find, the studio to develop, and plenty of ideas for where I want to take the business next. But I'm also excited to take everything I've learned and apply it to something new.

Building Vintage Works gave me the confidence to start something from scratch once. Now I want to see what happens when I do it again.

Four years in, I don't have everything figured out. But I think I'm finally comfortable with that. Everything is a process. And there's a lot more to come.

I know it’s not quite beach season in Sweden, but I couldn’t resist this lovely beach scene by Georg Lodström (1915–1972). Wouldn’t it be perfect for a summer house?
