noticing & painting 🌝 it’s safe to say I got very inspired by the full moon in Taurus by @viola.artstudio

Thank you to @thefleteestate for inviting me to stay in one of your beautiful cottages. It almost felt like a mini art residency with all the painting and creative activities, but most of all I’m just grateful I got to spend this time with my friends 🌀🍂💞✨

The weather was.. well.. English🌧️☔️ - but I had to paint anyway because the views and atmosphere were just so pretty - and I’m so happy I did! at the evening we made a dinner, some pinacoladas, and got cozy around the fireplace with a romcom and our journals 🥹💗 perfect

this is how I felt on the 28/10/2026
my creative practice grew from simple daily sketching - opening my sketchbook day after day for just 5 minutes as a creative ritual only for myself. I started sharing my daily pages here and somehow 4 years later I call myself a full time artist. Even though things changed I want to come back to my simple ritual that made me an artist. Sharing my daily feelings and pages 🌀 and maybe inspiring someone on the way to start their creative journey too 💚

Finally showing up for myself & my mail club 🐥💌 I’ve been thinking long and hard what is it about my mail club that makes it special.. there are so many amazing mail clubs around nowadays and it’s really easy to start feeling invisible and lost as someone who runs one 🫥 But then I remembered that my mail club is not just about my art itself, I also have a gift of inspiring people, giving them different perspective on creativity and helping them overcome creative blocks or other anxieties in their art making through my work and my words 🥰

Our October sketching session is this Saturday (tomorrow) 4pm BST - and there will be a replay as well so you can sketch with me and my amazing creative community any time 💛💛

ad to me, creative practice doesn’t need to be perfect. In fact i think it should be the opposite 🧡 Some days I paint with a plan, but most days I don’t, and this was one of those days where I just let the colours lead and play on the page of my sketchbook 🥰 These HIMI Semi-Moist Watercolours have quickly become part of my daily art practice - a time when i create a little pause in the day for myself to breathe and create without pressure 🌀 now, just start with a colour that feels good and see where it takes you✨🎨💗
