scissor sisters dykespace edition was a HISTORIC LESBIAN MOMENT for me and i truly cannot put more respect on everyones name for TURNINGGGG THAT SHIT OUT! The drag world may not respect dyke drag enough but i am proud to say i get to create a stage for these performers and for ALL OF YOU to be your beautiful selves!!!! i am honored to see so many amazing trans and sapphic people celebrating at my parties and my shows. i love drag and i love DYKE DRAG and i am so grateful to be able to have the space to create these things for lesbians and queer and trans people. truly it is my dream, and i know i am not perfect, but YALL ARE!!!!
💖 thank you to my amazing cast, @bambi_ballgag @smileyscowlz @violet_daze_666_ @the.eros.erotika @aniboreshun @lexlexjune @theyre_dellusional You are all amazingly talented and TURNED IT OUT!!!! thank you all so much truly .
scissor sisters is at its heart a love letter to sapphics and the dyke community here, i want more than anything for it to always be about giving us opportunities to dance, wear whatever the fuck we want (and feel safe doing it), share joy, support local art, and PAY, LOVE, AND CELEBRATE DYKES (with an underscore for trans dykes, dykes of color & disabled dykes) ABOVE ALL!

all photos by the amazing @lucky.rosenthal.media, dm for removal 💖 thank you taken in Creepatorium Denver by @violet.terror

This week Denver is showing love to Violet Terror!

“There are so many beautiful pockets of community and belonging, you really just have to find your space. Denver’s drag scene is so varied and there are so many performers you’d never know about if you don’t take the time to explore and be open to new experiences and new kinds of art!” - Mx Violet Terror on Denver Drag

❤️💚🖤 PLEASE DON’T SCROLL‼️ URGENT CAMPAIGN IN NEED OF YOUR SUPPORT- MOHAMMED, AZZA AND TALIA NEED YOUR HELP!
Today I wanted to make a post to share my new friend Mohammed’s story. He is the sole provider for his two sisters, Azza and Talia, and Azza needs medicine, and they all often struggle to find food in the ongoing violence in Gaza. You can read Mohammed’s story in his own words on the second slide.
Palestinians continue to rely on donations and shares from people in the west to continue to survive. I myself am not wealthy, but I do ask that anyone who is able to donate, even $5 or $10, please do so- and if you can’t, please share this.
Since I know money is tight for many, anyone who donates $10 or more to Mohammed’s family, or any other campaign I’m sponsoring, can redeem this for free entry to any of my upcoming events. This way you can support Palestinians and still enjoy a celebratory, fun event!
You can donate to Mohammed by scanning the QR code on the last slide or through this link: https://chuffed.org/project/167465-help-mohammed-his-family-survive-in-gaza by @violet.terror
