When in Texas...drink Basque cider obviously.

Given the menu, and vibe at @nancyshustle, this would be a natural fit for some of Virginia's finest ciders, such as @patoiswine, @atoakleyfarm, @albciderworks, @cidersfrommars or @sagebirdciderworks.

Who in Texas is distributing Virginia cider?

Can't go wrong with a crab apple cider!

Came down to @albciderworks today because my wife's fiddle teacher is playing bluegrass music.

Cidermaker's Choice 12 is a blend of 7 crab apple varieties, including Dolgo, Wickson, Hewes, and Nelson County. Great stuff!

Can you get much more Virginia?

Not a Virginia cider, but one from Dundee's @lostorchards.

Made from Windsor Red and Katy apples, both dessert apples. Only 4.5%, so insanely drinkable, but with lovely notes or honey baked apple, very subtle strawberry, and a delightful acidic finish that, combined with the carbonation, scrapes the palate clean and ready for more.

When you go camping at Grayson Highlands State Park...you need a detour to Abingdon and @tumblingcreekcider.

A current small batch release is their Ruby Red cider, and it slaps!
