Planning a fall visit to Cedar Breaks National Monument?

The Visitor Center, Human History Museum, and Park Store will close for the season after Saturday, October 17.

With winter weather arriving early at elevations above 10,000 feet, visitors should bring their own water and check current conditions before heading out.

Grand Canyon Fall Update

Peak fall color is arriving at the Grand Canyon! Early October is a beautiful time to visit, with golden aspens lighting up the North Rim and coppery fall colors along the South Rim.

The South Rim is open and fully accessible for day visitors, while the North Rim is open for road and developed-area access. Visitors should plan ahead, as water restrictions remain in place and some areas, trails and services are closed.

Heading to the North Rim? Roads to Cape Royal and Point Imperial will close Oct. 15 through Nov. 3 for scheduled repairs.
