I wasn’t a lesser athlete. I was learning to take care of myself, too.

I wasn’t perfect. In 2024, I was fully committed to competing: massage sessions every three weeks, daily stretching, vacuums, and back stretches with the wheel.

There will always be people who tell you, sometimes clumsily, that you’re not as good as someone else.

When that happens, stay confident and keep doing your thing. Their opinion doesn’t define who you are, what you’re going through, or your reality.

Over the past two years, I’ve learned to be kinder to myself. I worked on my sleep and digestion. I learned to skip the gym when my body was tired and to unplug when it was telling me, “That’s enough. Rest.”

I stretched less. I didn’t do vacuums. But I practiced posing all year to develop my flow, and I’m convinced that helped keep my stress lower.

I wasn’t a lesser athlete. I’m an athlete, period with imperfections, flaws, and a desire to keep growing as a person in other areas of my life. Amen 🙏✨️ by @vixensuits

4 WEEKS OUT FROM OUR DEBUT. 🖤💪🏻

Check-in weight: 134.5 lbs / 26.5 lbs down since the start of prep.

Overall, another solid week. This was the first week I started feeling accumulated fatigue from the deficit and cardio, but I’m still showing up, getting the work done, and staying focused on the end goal.

Physique updates this week:
▪️ Quads are sharpening up, and the teardrops are finally making some noise.
▪️ Hamstrings are showing up without me having to bend over and introduce them.
▪️ Glutes keep getting tighter.
▪️ Lots of veins in the abs, quads, upper body, rear delts and lats

At this point, I’m surviving on strawberries and cream Dr Pepper Zero 🍓 and carb delusions 💭 Please respect my privacy during this difficult time.🤣

Four weeks left until we dance!! 💃🏻

Official stage photos🥹

My first prep and definitely not my last❤️‍🔥 I was already in love with this sport, but now I’m even more in love with it.

Thank you to everyone around me who supported and encouraged me throughout this prep, my friends, my family and especially my boyfriend (@alexcromer) who learned to navigate my very first prep with me. This means so much to me❤️

None of this would have been possible without my coach Nic (@nicbrass)🩵 We’ve been working together for a little over three years now and I couldn’t have been happier with my shape and conditioning for my first competition. But this is far from over! The work continues with him into the off-season and I couldn’t be more excited for what’s next😤

A special mention to Hannah (@awaistintime )🤍 We’ve been working together for at least a year and a half to improve my waist and seeing the results on stage made all the work worth it. My waist looked perfect!

And of course, the most beautiful suit I could have asked for by Cath (@vixensuits)🩷 Girls, I honestly don’t know what you’re waiting for to get yours from her! She listened to exactly what I wanted for the design and brought my vision to life perfectly. I couldn’t have asked for a better suit🤩

What a season! My NPC debut had a truly fairytale ending, this experience literally changed my brain. I was f** hell more nervous than performing my five different routines at the PCA! 😂

True Novice 🥈
Figure Open 🥉

When I fell in love with bodybuilding, it was never about taking first place, but simply about stepping onto the stage. I was fully committed to the lifestyle and valued how much it shaped and strengthened my character.
I still can’t quite grasp that this is just the beginning for me and that all doors in bodybuilding are open to me.
Whats next? while that remains to be seen,
But i can promise one thing: wherever my path leads,
I will leave a lasting impression and step onto the stage again even if it takes a little more time now but health comes first.

From the bottom of my heart,
I want to thank my coach @christian.kuess an incredible person who guided me through the highs and lows of this competition prep. Every encouragement, every hug, every piece of feedback, and so much more meant the world to me. Having such a strong support is something I will never take for granted, as it drives me forward every single day❤️🧮

Some pictures from this week-end, still on cloud nine 🥹☁️

Been working towards this dream for two years, a lot of soul-searching at the start - wondering if I would ever compete again after having a child.

Safe to say I’ve found my spark back and I am so happy ✨
And part of that is because of @nicbrass who believed in me from day one and pushed me to keep going 💛

🔜 Now lets work on being less stressed on stage, better posing and just have fun for the nationals in 2 weeks!
