This is Nassau County Judge Andrea Phoenix. Judge Phoenix released a perp who assaulted 2 Nassau County cops , one who almost had his eye gouged out , this past weekend. Moreover, this is the third time this perp has been in custody for assaulting police officers. Good God! Days before Christmas! What is going on here in this Country? NYC is a sanctuary city, but there was no sanctuary or safety for the victim. Gov Hochul makes a tone deaf statement several hours after saying the subways are safe and crime is down. She and the other idiots who run NY state need to lose their jobs in the next election.
