The saga of John John Wayne…

I had the chance to make the anniversary video for my church, @theshorelinesc, and I don’t think @trevorkelso and I could have had any more fun. I guess this is what happens when you let a couple creatives just roll with an idea! A big thanks to @i.love.chicken.joe for rolling with every idea we came up with!

All the video’s jokes aside, if you’re searching for your identity anywhere but Christ, you’re bound to get lost. by @voegs

Stills from our @surfersjournal summer campaign. We had a classic California summer camp out with @tearevor and @jeffhullfiberglass chasing down whatever little waves we could find. by @voegs

We had an absolute blast getting to shoot, and stay, at @wayfinderbishop last month!

Bishop holds fond memories for me. I got my first pocket knife 30 some years ago at @macs_sportinggoods (and probably cut my finger before we made it out of the parking lot) and started countless backpacking trips with breakfast next store at Jacks.

It was a treat to get to start building memories here with my family. by @voegs

Let’s bring back home movies.

Not only was I able to bring my family along on this shoot for @wayfinderbishop but they were able to be a part of it too, which was so much fun! I was shooting stills for the client, but decided to rig up a camera for motion as well and just shot little clips throughout the days. It made me realize how easy it is to do, and be able to capture little memories on our travels. Looks like there will be a lot more home movies to come.

Thank you @wayfinderbishop for the great shoot, and stay. Thank you @seth.blackamore and @lakesabrina for an amazing morning on the water!

Natural light, in a restaurant booth, with two very wiggly kids next to us. @relevantraw thanks for always putting up with me when we find good light, even if it means waiting to eat your burger 😘 by @voegs
