OMG! About last night.....it finally happened! After 35 years I got to see them LIVE😍😍! #TigheTheDreamMaker made it happen again! I'm still reeling! This whole night but especially these 5 minutes will be remembered for the rest of my life! If my 11 year old self could see me now! Wow, thank you #nktob, you all were #amazing! Happy 82nd Birthday, Mom
Today is your 82nd birthday, and your 61st wedding anniversary too.
That's a lot of candles, a lot of memories, and if we're being honest, probably a lot of fabric scraps hidden somewhere that nobody is allowed to throw away.
You have spent a lifetime creating things.
Beautiful quilts stitched together with patience and love. Carefully sewn treasures. Coloring pages brought to life. Lego masterpieces that prove you're never too old to build something wonderful. Cookies, cakes, and treats that somehow disappear faster than they can cool.
You create because that's who you are.
You are an artist. You know exactly what colors belong together, exactly which fabric is perfect, and exactly when the rest of us have made a decorating decision that should have been discussed with you first.
You love books that transport you. Friends who make you laugh. Family gatherings that fill a room with stories. Grandchildren who keep life exciting. A precious great-grandchild who reminds us that love keeps growing.
And of course, you love the Dodgers.
You cheer when they win. You groan when they lose. You coach them from your chair despite their stubborn refusal to listen.
Some traditions never change.
Today is also a day that carries another kind of love.
Sixty-one years ago, you and Dad began a journey together. While we wish he were here to celebrate beside you, his love is woven through this family just like one of your quilts, stitched into every child, grandchild, great-grandchild, and memory that surrounds you today.
The years you shared together matter. The life you built together matters. And the family gathered around you is living proof of that.
Mom, we are thankful beyond words for you.
For your strength. For your creativity. For your wisdom. For your stubbornness when we need it. For your generosity. For the way you love all of us so completely.
We hope today reminds you of something you've spent your whole life giving to everyone else:
You are deeply loved.

Fifty years ago, the world was gifted a man who somehow manages to be equal parts rock, wisdom, hilarity and “where did he put his keys this time?”
My husband Tighe is the kind of person who will fix the thing nobody else can fix, make everyone around him feel safe, and then immediately walk into a room asking, “Wait… why did I come in here?”
He carries the weight of the people he loves without complaint, gives more than he ever asks for, and yet somehow still finds ways to make us laugh when life gets heavy.🥲

Over the years, I’ve watched him become so many people over the 31 years of having the pleasure of knowing him. From boyfriend to husband, protector, problem-solver, Uncle Fun, Great Uncle, accidental comedian, snack thief, wildlife warrior, and the man who fix almost any computer problem you may have at the time. 🤓🤬

But underneath all the little quirks, looks, and moments of genuine kindness and understanding, is the heart of what I love most.🤭🥲

Loyal. Steady. Kindhearted. The kind of heart that shows up. The kind that makes people feel cared for without needing
attention for it.

Fifty looks good on him. Maybe because it’s not just age, it’s a life full of stories, places, experiences and so much laughter, love, and tears to fill the Hollywood bowl. Forgetting stuff and probably at least a few unnecessary trips back into the house because we forgot something. But never Forgetting what's really important to him. Family and Friends First !! We all adore you You TIGHE GABRIEL And I Truly hope you know It!!!

Happy 50th Birthday to the man who still makes life feel like home everywhere we Go.
Cheers To 50 more years around the Sun baby. I adore You!!!

Thank you is never enough for these amazingly strong, beautiful, and intelligent women I get the privilege to call my Dye Girls. 🥲
Mama, you raised four talented, strong, compassionate, loving, wise, and brave women. ☺️ The love and strength you poured into us shows in who we are and in the bond we share.
Being part of this family is something I never take for granted. Even when we argue or disagree, because we’re all opinionated and stubborn in our own ways, I am still beyond grateful for us. So Thankful and Love you More Mama!! 143 What we have is truly special.

22 years ago today,
we chose love in the middle of heartbreak. 🥲
With your father fading,
we made a decision the day before,
a small, quiet ceremony,
just so he could be there
and witness the beginning. 🥲

I wore my Easter dress.
You wore that beautiful white shirt
we found at Aardvark,
simple, perfect, ours.

And then life unfolded,
not gently, not perfectly,
but honestly.

We’ve known great love,
the kind that fills a room,
side-aching joy that catches you off guard,
and deep, quiet sadness that lingers longer than we’d like.

Somewhere along the way,
we became the best aunt and uncle we know,
and now… somehow…
we’re the greats.

Time moved, life changed,
but one thing never did,
we kept walking,
side by side,
through all of it. 🥲

This life with you
has been a beautiful, imperfect,
once-in-a-lifetime kind of journey,
and I truly cannot imagine mine without you in it. I thank God,
every chance I get,

She’s my sister from another mister,
No shared last name, but somehow still closer. 🥲 The kind of friend who shows up unasked, then stays a while longer, just because she can. She’s sweet, but not the fake kind, More like “I brought snacks and honesty” combined. Loyal like your favorite hoodie, Comforting, dependable, slightly overdue for goodwill, but you’d never replace it. 🫡 She’s generous with time, with laughs, with care. The type who somehow always ends up there, Right when life decides to get dramatic. Like she RSVP’d to chaos in advance. Trustworthy to a fault,
Like “I know where the bodies are buried” level vault. And spontaneous? Yeah… that too, plans are optional when she’s with you. 🫠 🫢So here’s to the friend I didn’t grow up with, But somehow grew into life with anyway. Aunt Moe I think of you Every day. God I wish you were here hanging out with Mom and I eating and painting and gardening and just being together. I love you so much and Thank God for the Saturday's you spent tanning, reading, playing tile rummy, laughing and just hanging out with Grandma, Mom and us girls. Happy Heavenly Birthday!
