We look forward to presenting our case before the Supreme Court of the United States on Wednesday, November 5th.

The importance of this case cannot be overstated. This country was founded with the demand that there be no taxation without representation.

The first article of our Constitution clearly states that Congress, the representatives of the people, shall have the sole power of the purse.

Tariffs are a destructive tax on the American people, threatening the existence of many small businesses and the wallets of consumers.

Our case is clear; two federal courts have resoundingly agreed with us.

The U.S. Constitution is not partisan, nor is our case.

We hope that justice prevails for small businesses across America. by @vosselections

One wine importer sued Donald Trump over tariffs and won at the Supreme Court 6-3.

This is the moment Victor Owen Schwartz found out he’d be the one to carry the case.
Victor built VOS Selections over 40 years importing fine wine from around the world.

When IEEPA tariffs hit in April 2025, operating on 5% margins with no room to absorb the blow, he made a decision almost no one else was willing to make — he sued the federal government as lead plaintiff in VOS Selections v. Donald Trump.
