DETAILS MATTER! 🪶✒️
In this case, it was a “larger than your head” sized feather pen that traveled all the way from Alabama ➡️ Wyoming for its purpose of signing the marriage license. Not only was it hilarious when they brought this thing out, but incredibly intentional - as this was the pen used at the Bride’s parent’s wedding to sign their guest book all those years ago. 🥹

Hiking up for a Mt. Rainier elopement with M & T already dressed to the nines… which meant I was more than happy to hike up with my bag, both of theirs, the bouquet, and T’s suit jacket (not pictured). 😂

I think I hugged Kelsey at least 15 times this morning in the span of two hours. 🥹

There’s something so dang special about pulling up and meeting my couples in person for the very first time… yet also, it doesn’t feel like the first time at all.

After all the messages, questionnaires, phone calls, planning, hearing their stories and spending months preparing for this one little moment together, they already feel like family. 🥰🥰

And then I finally get to hug them in real life. Apparently, over and over and over again. 😂

Tried making a ceremony a little interactive for the first time and 🥹🥹🥹

For just a few seconds, a ceremony celebrating one love story became a room full of people remembering their own.

The bride and groom getting to look out at all of their favorite people during it made it even sweeter. 🤍
