We’re living in the Era of the Voice.

As the Voice takes center stage in humanity’s evolution, we’re realizing there’s so much more to it than what we say.

Voice begins with listening. 👂

What we expose ourselves to.
What we allow in.
The stories we repeat that shape how we see ourselves and each other.

The conversations. The music. The content we consume. The way we speak to ourselves.

All of this shapes our Voice.

We talk about having a “blocked throat chakra.” About wanting to open it.

One place to begin is becoming more discerning about what we give our attention to. Making room to listen to our inner voice and the Voice of Spirit.

Gossip, slander, and division litter the Voice.

If you want a more powerful and effective voice, start with what you’re listening to.

This offering was birthed from the depth of love of sisterhood. It is the answering of a call of spirit at this time to unite forces and collaborate as sisters, as women with a unified mission at heart. That of ABSOLUTE LIBERATION. 🐦‍🔥

It’s time. To gather. To move. To liberate.

It’s time to return to the Jungle, together.

Many are walking around with this ache with no name. An ache to be expressed, an ache to let it rip, an ache for liberation in the body. An ache to be together, liberated and alive …on tha dance floor.

Join us as we enter the jungle in this 2-hour guided immersive experience to meet and play and dance with your own erotic creature, your animal, in community with sisters.

Hang around after the event for sauna and cold plunge.

This evening is not one to be missed, fo real. ❤️‍🔥

We are bringing everything we got for this event to pop the roof off the place and leave you feeling restored in your own alivenness and we would absolutely love to have you there!

I think many of us can relate to this right now - This feeling almost like a volcanic eruption seeking to erupt through our throats! Truths that must be spoken, songs that must be sung, vocal notes that must be expressed, art that must be created, difficult conversations that must be had. All of it, boiling at the surface as if demanding its time.

What we once used to “get away with” by shutting down, repressing, people pleasing and saying “we’re fine” is no longer seeming to fly. It hurts too much. Our jaws are tighter than ever, our shoulders hunched, our flow blocked and backed up.

The words of Jesus here are clear and as relevant now than ever: if you bring forth what is within you, what you bring forth will SAVE you. If you do not bring forth what is within you, what you do not bring forth will DESTROY you.

This post and these words are only confirming what you’ve sensed to be true for a while now. That everything you long for is on the other side of you bringing forth what is within you.

What is within you that must be brought forward?
How can you begin to open, even if in the smallest way, the flow of what’s within you coming out? Is it a conversation to be had, a letter to write, a 🎵 note to sing, a get in your car and sing at the top of your lungs to do?

My guess is there’s plenty of material backed up there, start chipping away at opening your VOICE. We are living in a time when the throat chakra is up for clearing, you feel it, we feel it. Open up or let it destroy you. These are the words of Yeshua.

There’s a reason for the hype, the Vagus Nerve is A POWERFUL Ally for Healing & Transforming Emotional States🌿

In V, we engage and stimulate this ally as much as possible! You should hear just the opening of our classes 🎶 😲

The vagus nerve, also known as the tenth cranial nerve, is one of the longest and most complex nerves in the body. It’s a crucial player in establishing the mind/body connection, sending information from the body to the brain and back.

Whether we know it or not, the vagus nerve is essential for recovering from trauma, stress, and survival states. It regulates bodily functions, promotes rest, relaxation, and digestion. Activating the vagus nerve can reduce heart rate, blood pressure, and stress levels, while also improving digestion, emotional regulation, and overall well-being.

Here are a few techniques to activate and stimulate the vagus nerve:

✨ Deep Breathing: Try deep breathing for 4 minutes. Inhale deeply for a count of 4 into your lower belly and exhale with a sound or hum, making the exhales longer than inhales.

✨ Singing and Chanting: Engage the muscles associated with the vagus nerve, like those in the throat and vocal cords. Your voice is a key piece to your nervous system health!

✨ Humming: Put on “Faith’s Hymn” by Beautiful Chorus and hum along as a meditation. Feel the power of your vagus nerve as it resonates throughout your body.

✨ Mindful Movement: Practices like yoga, tai chi, or qigong involve slow, intentional movements and conscious awareness of the body, helping to regulate the nervous system.

✨ Laughter and Playfulness: Laughter stimulates the vagus nerve and releases feel-good hormones. Incorporate moments of joy and laughter into your life.

All of these practices are seamlessly woven into V., our sound and movement practice designed to engage and restore the body’s Aliveness through connecting the vulva and voice using the power of the vagus nerve!
