🚨 THIS IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL HIRING VIDEO. 🚨

We could’ve made a polished corporate video telling you that working at VSP is an “exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, dynamic team.”

But if you know VSP… you know that’s not really our style. 😂

At VSP, we keep it real.

So we made a hiring video that does exactly that.

We’re currently expanding our subcontractor team and looking for:

🎶 Talent Assistants
🎞️ Photobooth Attendants
🔊 Audio Technicians
💡 Lighting Technicians
🖥️ Video Wall Technicians
📸 Photographers
🎥 Videographers
🛠️ Event Production / Setup Crew

Whether you’ve been doing this for years or you’re looking to get your foot in the door, we’re looking for people who are reliable, charismatic, willing to learn, and most importantly… can hang.

We work hard. We have high standards. We have a lot of fun doing it.

Think you’d be a good fit for VSP?

Messy setups are optional.
Clean execution isn’t.

Shoutout to our A/V Director, Michael Thurber for completing his Dante Level 2 Certification! 🎉

This stuff is not for beginners... Level 2 gives Michael some serious A/V chops.

Less cables. Less chaos.
Better events.

A conference shouldn’t feel like just another ballroom.

The most impactful events carry their theme through every part of the experience: from content to environment to the way the room *feels* the moment attendees walk in.

That’s something @eaofthene does exceptionally well.

Through thoughtful lighting design and atmosphere, their Leadership Summit has always created a space that feels intentional, immersive, and aligned with the message on stage.

We’re proud to continue that partnership next week at @mgmspringfield and excited to show you what we’ve been building behind the scenes.

Can’t wait to share what’s coming.

Those 7 events weekends hit HARD.

Are we ready with run-of-show details down to the minute?
Of course.
Are we also running on 2 hours of sleep over 72 hours, on our 5th Celsius and probably questioning what day it actually is?
Highly probable.
Would we do this again in a heartbeat?
You bet.

Event production is not for the faint of heart.
Hire a professional so this isn’t you.

👇🏼 Shout out your fav event pro who’s felt like this and need our help.

“My cousin said he can DJ.”
And technically… he’s not wrong.
He does own a phone.

But weddings aren’t playlists. They’re timing, transitions, reading the room, backup plans, and knowing exactly when to drop the song that flips the energy.

Your cousin might have a Spotify Premium account.A professional DJ has:• Timeline awareness• Crowd control instincts• Seamless transitions• Backup systems• And zero panic when technology decides to test us

There’s a reason the dance floor looks different when a pro is behind the booth.
Choose wisely.
Save your cousin for the afterparty. 🍾

Big ideas deserve flawless execution.

We were proud to support the very first @springfieldyps Up Next Summit @mgmspringfield bringing production muscle behind the moments that uplift young leaders across Western Mass.

While speakers inspired the room, seasoned professionals shared their journeys, and new connections were formed, our team was dialing in the lighting, perfecting the audio, managing cues, and ensuring every transition felt seamless.

Rising leaders deserve a stage that matches their momentum and we’re always ready to build it.

Because when production is done right, no one notices.
They just feel it. ✨

💻 R&D day, event pro edition.
A little time with our new projection mapping software and suddenly the champagne wall evolves into a fully immersive visual feature.

This is what happens when we play around with ways to level things up. The possibilities for branding, ambiance, and immersive moments? Kinda endless. 🔥

And this is just small scale… imagine this on a feature wall, stage backdrop, or the side of a building.
Would you go classy, bold, or full custom visuals on this? 👇
