🚨 THIS IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL HIRING VIDEO. 🚨

We could’ve made a polished corporate video telling you that working at VSP is an “exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, dynamic team.”

But if you know VSP… you know that’s not really our style. 😂

At VSP, we keep it real.

So we made a hiring video that does exactly that.

We’re currently expanding our subcontractor team and looking for:

🎶 Talent Assistants
🎞️ Photobooth Attendants
🔊 Audio Technicians
💡 Lighting Technicians
🖥️ Video Wall Technicians
📸 Photographers
🎥 Videographers
🛠️ Event Production / Setup Crew

Whether you’ve been doing this for years or you’re looking to get your foot in the door, we’re looking for people who are reliable, charismatic, willing to learn, and most importantly… can hang.

We work hard. We have high standards. We have a lot of fun doing it.

Think you’d be a good fit for VSP?

📩 Send your resume to info@visualsoundprod.com

Your wedding deserves to feel like *your* celebration.

One of our favorite parts of this job is seeing every couple celebrate in a way that reflects who they are. Every production choice was made to support a celebration that beautifully honored the couple, their traditions, and the people who came together to celebrate with them.

We were honored to help bring this incredible celebration to life with a full range of custom lighting design, special effects for key moments, cinematic videography, and our signature photobooth experience.

Congratulations @lekimzi & @nigkaboi

Just because they’re the in-between moments doesn’t mean they’re not the best ones.

Congratulations to our people, Jessie & Austin! We loved sharing this celebration with your beautiful family!

National recognition is exciting.

But what we love most about this feature isn’t seeing an event in People Magazine, it’s seeing the work of an incredible team recognized on a larger stage.

We were fortunate to contribute entertainment and lighting to a celebration brought to life by talented creative and event professionals who poured their hearts into every detail.

It was a reminder that the best events happen when great people trust each other to do what they do best.

Read our latest blog for a closer look at the power of collaboration behind unforgettable events.
And huge congratulations to the gorgeous couple @masondye & @carmcat2 🎉

Leave a message after the *beep*.

Capture the voices, not just the signatures.
Years from now, you’ll be glad you can still hear them.

Cheers to @mardi226 on the big 5-0!
Proof that no matter the milestone, the right DJ makes it unforgettable.

The old-school classics.
The light shining off the disco balls.
The undying commitment to sequined dresses.
This crowd understood the assignment.

Shoutout to our girl @thevenue_ivysevents for transforming the space into the ultimate prom night throwback.

Wedding trends come and go.
But the way your guest photos make you feel? That lasts.

Our Glambooth was designed for couples who want something elevated: a photo experience that complements your photographer, not competes with them.

Clean. Flattering. Frame-worthy.
Still fun. Just… refined.

Would you go timeless, trendy, or a little of both?

If you’re going to do Gatsby… do Gatsby.✨
@jaymiewestesq & @west_icles understood the assignment.

From the first entrance to the final song, this celebration transported guests into another era without sacrificing modern elegance.

A glow that made every entrance feel iconic.
A dance floor that never let up.
A bride with a complete flapper-era transformation.

When production is woven into the design from the start, the atmosphere becomes immersive.

We were honored to bring the entertainment, custom lighting, and videography to a night that felt cinematic in every sense.
🎬 Coming soon: a trailer worthy of the Roaring Twenties.

You may want to save this one for future inspiration.
And tell us… if you could bring any era to life for your celebration, what would it be?
