He's working to improve manufacturing processes, troubleshoot equipment, analyze production data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Ryan Ordway is at Tesla for his internship, instrumenting car crash test dummies with high precision sensors and potentiometers to accurately quantify occupant impact forces and biomechanics. He also calibrates, qualifies, troubleshoots, and verify the equipment to ensure repeatability and that quality data is collected.
