International Gathering has been good to me once again! Really greatful for the opportunity to coach at this amazing event again.

Can't say I'm in good training shape atm or that I've had the best training sessions here myself, but I'm glad to tick off some things again and get back into the swing of things.

SANDPIT

The Skatta Ruins is a classic Helsinki spot. The city is planning large renovations to the park, which might render the spot useless. On Sunday, HELJAM hosted a farewell session to the beloved spot.
