3 months ago, I crossed off a big goal I had to take a solo trip somewhere out the country, booked a flight on a random tuesday morning in October and ended up in Costa Rica. I remember being so nervous about the whole experience going in that ended up being one of the best experiences of my life.

Most of y’all who know me know I run around literally anywhere and everywhere 🤣 so having the chance to relax and meet so many different people from everywhere around the world gave me a lot of introspection on how I want to live the rest of mines.

To many more goals crossed off and adventures to come, big Kobe year💪🏾🖤 taken in Pura Vida by @w.a.di_

Time flies and life goes in ways you’ll never expect.

19 years ago, I put my little Pre-K hand on that paper.

3 weeks ago, I finished off my Master’s Degree in Information Systems from the Robert H. Smith Business School, 1 year after completing my Bachelor’s Degree in Information Science from the University of Maryland. 🐢

so you know I had to do a part 2 🙂‍↕️

(2/2)

i’m the grandson of a illiterate man who raised 8 kids on a tailor’s salary.

the son of parents who worked constantly to give me the opportunities they couldn’t get.

the great nephew of a man who came to this country alone to start a path for his family to follow.

the friend of a guy who reminded me that “tough times never last, tough people do” and that hardship will make a way for happiness.

their dreams, duas, support, and love are what bring me to where i am today.
