Sambutan Kemerdekaan ke-69 & Sedekad Penubuhan Gelanggang Panglima Saidina Ali…
🇲🇾
Semoga kita semua menjadi manusia bangsa yang merdeka…
bukan berulat dari dalam..
bukan juga seperti lembu yg dicucuk hidung..
jangan sampai termakan budi tergadai maruah diri..
jangan kerana kemewahan dunia kita sanggup dibeli..
Apalah erti kemerdekaan jika sejengkal demi sejengkal, sehasta demi sehasta kita masih ikut telunjuk “mereka”!!!
🔥
Selamat Hari Kebangsaan dan Hari Merdeka ke-69..
Merdekakanlah Jiwa dan Raga mu…
🇲🇾

EFFORT: 60%

Not because I can’t give 100%,
but because I know my priorities.

You know who deserves the best version of you.
You know where your energy belongs.

So spend it in the right place.
Make it worth it.

Saturday: 42:09 minutes, but
Sunday: Gold. 🥇

Sometimes, you don’t need to give everything to every battle.

You just need to know where your 100% belongs. 🖤

You vs You.

Bangkok humbled me.
Jakarta made me believe again.
Every kilometer.
Every station.
Every painful step...
was another chance to become stronger than yesterday.
Alhamdulillah… shave 8 minutes off my Bangkok Pro Single time.
The goal was 2 hours, but i didn’t beat the clock..
BUT i beat the version of me wanted to quit.. and that is SOLID VICTORY!!
Bare in mind, the hardest race was never against the athletes around me.
It was against the version of yourself that wanted to stop.

To these people,
@orb_sports
@jedae_sports
@haizoom_saujanapuchong
@myfitbattalion
@lemaktolean

Thank you for supporting me, believing me and being part of this journey. I may be the one crossing the finish line, but i know i didn’t get there alone..

Progress is progress and the mission continues..
Pro Single Malaysia??
