Il y a un an, jour pour jour, j’assistais pour la première fois à une compétition de bodybuilding. Ce jour-là, un rêve est né : ressembler à ces athlètes sur scène, et un jour, moi aussi, y monter.

Depuis, je n’ai rien lâché. Pendant un an, je me suis investi à 100 %, soutenu par les meilleurs : mon coach @weillemmanuelcoach , mes amis @mathieuweill , @naboolv99 et @nicolas_grc30 , et bien sûr ma femme @lorie_ribeiro , qui m’a accompagné et soutenu à chaque étape de cette préparation. Sans elle, rien n’aurait été possible.

Cette préparation a été autant mentale que physique. J’ai appris énormément sur moi-même, et chaque étape m’a fait grandir.

Un grand merci à @ifbbfranceofficial pour cette organisation au top,
et à @mway_production pour ces photos de qualité.

Un des meilleurs jours de ma vie avec ma famille, mes proches et ma femme, grand merci à mon coach qui m’a permis d’avoir un physique que je n’avais jamais imaginé atteindre, merci également à ma famille et mes meilleurs amis d’être là pour me soutenir malgré le résultat, merci à ma femme qui m’a aidé tout au long de ma prépa.
