Costa Rica trip part 3. First time in Puerto Viejo and Cahuita. The beaches are gorgeous and there were tons of monkeys and sloths in the national park. I'm heading back in December to volunteer for a few weeks. by @wakeandbates

Costa Rica 2025 part one. Started out the journey in the mountains near Cerro Chirripo. Rented a few houses, enjoyed the nature and the rain, and frequently left the local city of San Isidro De El General to see the country. by @wakeandbates

A blissful day in Malibu and my first outdoor climb. Years ago I lived nearby and watched people climb this wall with a mix of admiration, fear and envy. I never expected to climb it myself, but it happened and I am forever grateful to have found this sport.

Before and after shots of the Joshua Tree House. Started with a bare, weedy, desert lot and transforming it into something livable. Muuuuch more cacti to come in the fall, they'll all die if we plant them now.
