Have you ever seen the San Andreas Fault line? I did today! 🤩💯This is one of the few places it is visible in such magnitude standing on land. The tectonic plates move over each other about the same pace as the growth of fingernails (?!) Slow movements add up & can cause big changes in the environment.

We are not so different! Small changes can add up in big ways, sometimes causing a shake up when we realize the accumulation of change. Sometimes it’s positive, and sometimes it’s a real earthquake, which shakes us into reality.
