Well it’s green butttttt on deeper level here’s a few more of the colors I like. by @walkwithlane

He can accomplish more than we can ever think.. I woke up this morning with 100k and again praise God for putting a camera in my hands all those years ago and allowing me to capture this beautiful world He’s created.
.
This page has been a roller coaster and has reached millions and millions of people and to see that many eyes and to be able to put Gods word in front of them just has me speechless. I’m thankful for all the opportunities that have come and will come along the way along with everyone who has supported this page and reacted out with kind words and a few not so kind(I still love you) and all the testimonies I’ve heard and prayers that have been prayed.
.
Heres a little wisdom to leave you with for today and some verse that have been on my mind lately and helping shape my everyday. by @walkwithlane

A reminder of who you really are and how VERY much you are loved and not just when you’re “doing good” but always through it all.
.
I don’t have children yet but I can look back on all the times my dad had to go through especially the times I messed up and yet he still loved me through it and if I had to guess I believe God says children are the best gifts we can have because through them we can get a glimpse of Him and his love for us. by @walkwithlane

I’ve looked around.. I’ve looked in the mirror.. I would say that time is near if not already here..
.
I think thing has had helped me grow over the last few years is that every time I hear something that “offends” me my first reaction is to not lash out but to ask why. Why does this upset me or cause discomfort and it’s usually because it doesn’t align with my values which may seem obvious but if you dig deeper you have to ask yourself where do your values come from?
.
Do they come from your own self interest or something greater than yourself? Mine come from the word which test(offend) me more often than I’d like but having a foundation that’s rooted in the word gives me the ultimate standard to go by and to check myself and one that is for my best interest and that will not change.
.
When we have a foundation rooted in self interest and our own emotion and opinions it’s like He tells us about building a house in the sand. The moment the water rises it washes away that sand and the house will come down.
.
Please open your Bible and read for yourself and don’t just accept everything that “sounds good” as your scrolling or listening that podcast or even what your preacher is preaching. Go to the source itself and fact check.
.
Likewise I hope that everything I post on here you go dig in deeper for yourself and you don’t just take my word for it. I will always try to lead everyone the best I can but I’m no where near perfect. Only He is. by @walkwithlane

I remember life before and I see my life now after pursuing Jesus and the difference is something I didn’t think was obtainable so I’m beyond grateful for His gift he’s blessed us with and though my “problems” never go away, I now have so much peace through those seasons knowing it’s already taken care of. by @walkwithlane

What are you afraid of? Honestly ask yourself that and then ask yourself why? And I would argue that a lot of us would come to the conclusion of not thinking we’re able to take that next step and scared of it not working..
.
I’m in that season now and If I ever tell you I’m not scared believe me I’m not telling the whole truth but I also have a sense peace knowing Gods got it and though that mountain seems big, He tells me I’m able to move it and that he’s already went ahead of me.
.
There’s nothing in this world you can’t get through or do because He can accomplish it all. by @walkwithlane

This one of those moments… those moments in our lives that we can look back on and know that that experience changed something in us..
.
To some it’s a pretty picture but to me I’ve never heard God speak so loudly to me to the point it brought me to my knees and in tears and just overwhelmed with emotion and love and awe. There was a series of moments from first seeing this moose to when He passed by me that told a whole story that I know only God to speak to me at the perfect moment.
.
I’ve taken hundreds of thousands of photos over my photography career but this photo I believe is the most meaningful one I’ve ever taken to this day and continues to make me emotional every time I think about that experience. by @walkwithlane

James will always be one of my favorite books because it just tells you like it is. No fluff, no “good feels” just straight up honest truth to put you in your place and as you read through chapter 4 it’s talking about your desires and why we’re fighting them and what’s causing that discomfort and I think a lot of if not all us can relate to it.
.
It’s that fight between being friends of the world and friends of God and how desires bring conflict between the two but in it all we’re reassured that if we can start with coming close to God He will also come close to us which in return should help shape our intentions of our desires. by @walkwithlane

I’ve been trying so hard to remind myself of this..
.
It’s 100% ok to want things but I always ask myself why do I want these things? Is my want for this coming from what God wants or is it coming from a place of emptiness or hope for fulfillment when I eventually get it and lot of times it’s reason number two.
.
Lately I’ve just felt empty and also yearning for so much, some material things but also a lot of other things like love and connection which are totally reasonable but I’ve also been able to ask myself that question again and in doing so I realize how much more I need God first over anything which I’ve been neglecting.
.
I’ve been trying to lead my own path which letting him be the light to it. by @walkwithlane

We’re living in an era full of sharing opinions and views with the ability to across the world in seconds so it’s important to first off be slow speak and eager to listen and then you can take these verses and see if it’s even worth speaking at all.
.
Step 1. pair this verse with Proverbs 26:4-5
Step 2. Use discernment to see if that moment deserves a conversation or closed lips. by @walkwithlane

The next verse goes on to say..
.
“Make allowance for each other’s faults, and forgive anyone who offends you. Remember, the Lord forgave you, so you must forgive others.”
.
Not if you feel like it.. “must”. We all mess up, end of story and though sometimes it’s hard to forget and forgive these things it’s important to remember this is what he asks of us.
.
He doesn’t say we have to continue to be friends or agree with them or whatever the case may be but to show those fruits to everyone regardless of the circumstances because none of us are perfect so who are we to judge. by @walkwithlane

God calls us to action so keep praying those prayers but go out and seek Him in the process.
.
Some of us keep praying for money but we don’t want to work. Some of us keep praying for a wife or a husband but don’t make time to go on dates. Some of us are waiting on a big opportunity but we stay quiet around those who can help in that journey.
.
The more I apply this verse in my life the more Ive come to believe you don’t get what you don’t ask for. It won’t always be a yes but don’t let yourself be the one to tell you no.
.
No one’s going to answer the door until you walk up and ring the bell.
.
Take actions on your prayers and while seeking the things you’re praying about let God guide you while you do so. by @walkwithlane
