What can I say about this man here, Mr. Quincy Jones ( @quincyjones ). He is one of my biggest inspirations in the music industry. As producers, music executives, managers, and artists, we stand on his shoulders as a giant. He has been a tremendous mentor in my life, and I am forever grateful for the knowledge he has imparted.

Man… what can I say about this brother?

There are very few people you meet in life where, within the first minute, you just know — this is a genuinely great human being. Music is fortunate to have someone like @pjmorton be a part of it.

By far, PJ is one of the best human beings you’ll ever meet. Grounded. Humble. Iconic. The kind of person whose spirit speaks before his talent ever has to.

I don’t even need to talk about the gift — the body of work speaks for itself. But today, I wanted to honor the man and simply say thank you.

I’m grateful to call him a friend. And I’m excited and honored to welcome him to @thesrgilsgroup — along with @wadjor1 ,Tanya, Jonathan, and the entire Morton Records family — as we step into this next chapter together.

Big things ahead. 🙏🏾🎶 by @waltermillsap1

🎶 The Boy Is Mine Tour 🎶

Now and then, you find yourself part of something legendary — a moment that will be remembered for years to come.

Being part of the “Boy Is Mine” Tour as Executive Director of Music & Show Content, alongside two of my favorite artists, Brandy @brandy and Monica @monicadenise, has been an incredible blessing. 🙏🏽

Thank you, superstars and THE Frank Gatson @frankgatson for trusting me and my team to help bring your vision to life. None of this would’ve been possible without my brothers James Owens Jr. @TheJ2M and Abraham Poythress @abrahampoythress — when I called, you both dropped everything to ride with me. This show would not be the same without you.

And a major shoutout to my brothers Gil Smith II @gilsmithii, Marcus Hodge @Marcus90028, Erick Walls @iamerickwalls, and Patrick Devon @iampatrickdevon — you all came through last minute and made it happen. I appreciate you more than words can say.

🔥 Everyone — go see this show. It’s phenomenal.

Every now and then, you collaborate with someone and create something without fully grasping the magnitude of its impact on people and an artist’s career. From the moment @frankgatson contacted me and said, “I need you to come do what you do,” and mentioned the artist he wanted me to work with, I was excited. After speaking with munilong over the phone and discussing the vision, I knew it would be something special.

From crafting the arrangement and helping to shape the final production to working in the studio, attending rehearsals, nailing the performance, and mixing what we hear now—this entire process has been a true blessing to be a part of.

Big shoutout to my brother @philthekeys for his incredible musical production!

@repost Thank you so much to the @recordingacademy and the 13,000 members who voted. Thank you to my incredible friends who helped me make this song and nomination possible. Thank you @bet and @jessecollinsent for granting us the opportunity to use this live version. My gratitude is unquantifiable.

To @jordanxl @jermainedupri @bryanmichaelcox #Naim @mznatina @tunji Chaka, Jeff, Ray, @projectmomo @frankgatson @ashlyisofficial @adamblackstone @philthekeys @juneambrose @curt_cobain @mugopus @waltermillsap1 @laxtheproducer @thenylc @officialkukharrell @jellido @defjam @universalmusicgroup all the tiktok creators who made the Soul Train Awards performance go viral, every radio station who played my song A VERY BIG THANK YOU 🙏🏾.
