17 years of friendship with my love @seyij_ and now, in 2025, I watched her get married to her one-in-a-zillion, @ogajudee. I love you so much Tray Bammy (our coded nickname), you literally unlocked a new level of emotion in me yesterday - my heart felt full to the point of helplessness. On February 23rd, I embarked on a mission to create a transformative space for women - a forum where we could really harness the power of the mind to drive self-transformation. This vision gave birth to EVOLVE ✨

When a woman reconnects with herself, everything around her thrives - she thrives, her mind expands, her confidence deepens and she begins to move with more purpose and strength. The people connected to her - her family, her workplace, her community etc also benefit from her growth. And when women unlock their full potential, entire economies shift. In Africa, gender gaps in education and employment have reduced economic growth by 0.8% per year, which means that our economies could have doubled in the last 30 years. Globally, advancing gender equality could add $13 trillion to GDP by 2030.

This year’s International Women’s Day calls us to Accelerate Action, and EVOLVE is part of my commitment to that call.

The message is clear: self-transformation begins in the MIND. When a woman taps into that power, she shifts everything around her.

So, what’s that goal you’ve been holding back on? This is your sign to start. Move & EVOLVE. 🔥

So today, I woke up feeling unexcited - you know the usual Monday morning feeling where you just start asking yourself deep questions about life’s essence and why you need to get up so early for whatever reason. To encourage myself, I started thinking about Friday and Monday saying introspectively that God has started doing it for the working class, because the 2-day weekends aren’t cutting it anymore 😩. Your girl had also eaten quite irresponsibly over the weekend and felt bad that it had affected the way she looked, so I was just outright demotivated 🥺

So, I started getting ready for work and I noticed how elevated and confident I became after each step of the dress-up process. I don’t even know where the energy came from (that’s a lie, I knew 🤭) but I became so excited to step out and present my “Chichi-ful” self to the world.

I must acknowledge that a good sense of style is so crucial to the positive forming of your psyche, your well-being, your relationship with self and people (first and ongoing impressions). You’ll look and feel more attractive, it’ll enhance your credibility, self-esteem, communication skills and posture.

To cut the story, it’s very important to prioritise your image and appearance by investing in pieces (clothes and accessories) that strengthen and empower you to face each day as it comes. Trust me, you’ll always want to be outside, smashing your goals when you know you look excellent ✨

It’s a game changer 🔥
