🚨 ARTIST SPOTLIGHT: KNoWTe TAKES THE WAVY AWARDS STAGE 🚨

After taking home an award at the 2024 @wavyawards KNoWTe returned to the 2026 stage, this time as a PERFORMER. 🔥

The artist delivered a powerful performance of his recent single “Shadow” and even brought out @ataraxfaith who is featured on one of his popular tracks, “Cold.” The crowd showed him nothing but love as he turned the stage into a moment to remember. 🖤

From award winner to returning performer — this was a major milestone for KNoWTe and a testament to the growth, talent, and hard work behind the artist.

At STELLAR CONNECT, we believe awards, platforms, and media should continue to spotlight the artists who deserve to be seen. Talent deserves visibility. Hard work deserves recognition. ✨

Congratulations, KNoWTe! This is only the beginning. 🚀

SoHo , it was really good to be in the room with you.

Outside, the city was doing what it does — loud, electric, impossible, alive. The Knicks had the whole city buzzing. Somewhere inside all of that noise, we found a quiet room in SoHo and let the body come down.

A reset inside the roar.

ALIVE: THE RESET is becoming the work I’ve been circling for years — a structured recovery experience rooted in nervous system regulation, longevity-based movement, breath, rest, sound, and the science of how the body rebuilds capacity.

Less about doing more.
More about creating the conditions to return.

San Juan gave it shape, SoHo gave it another layer.

I’m excited to bring this into more programming, more rooms, and more ways to practice together.

Thank you to everyone who came, trusted, and helped shape this with me.

Thank you to @ward8studios for capturing the moment
More soon

A week or so ago I won my VERY FIRST MUSIC AWARD - which is so deeply moving to me. Especially for a song that was the bravest and scariest thing I’ve ever produced and released.

Thank you so much to the @wavyawards for awarding “Heterophobic” the 2025 Song for a Cause award- this award is so significant as an independent queer musician in NYC. I started writing this song the night after Roe V. Wade was overturned, walking home from a protest that took place outside the courthouse where I eventually recorded a lot of the music video for Heterophobic. It was such a moving experience that made me aware of a new queer privilege I had and inspired me to flip the script on a lot of homophobic ideas… when I realized my true fear of straight culture and the straight jackets of oppression central to Project 2025.

Thank you to @sweetnlowy without whom I would not have the courage to have produced any music. Thank you to @cartersandersmusic & everyone at @plaiddogrec where I recorded this song and the incredible @liver_alone & @clur.jpg who play on this track. Thank you to @izzymarsail @leeroseforreal @faris.rebecca @tracyegilchrist and Mike Jankowitz for helping me record the music video that was also nominated for a Wavy! Thank you to all my album donors and patrons on Patreon for supporting my indie queer music! And thank you to @rebeccautumn_ and everyone at the @wavyawards and the team at the Mayor’s Office @madein_ny and at @keychangeus for your support of this important and radical work. And thank you to my incredible queer community @thestonewallinn for giving me a safe and creatively stimulating space for me to develop this brave new work!! 💪🏻❤️

It is scary to raise our voices and make explicitly queer and explicitly political work these days. This song and video are both and the support of my community and recognition through this award mean so much. ♥️🥹 by @ward8studios
