Saying “no” is an art form, and every “yes” carries a different meaning for each person. For some, a yes is a quiet survival; for others, it’s a gentle “maybe later.”

Today, Mirtele Snabilie from Vrijwilligers Centrale Amsterdam gave us a deeply moving workshop on boundaries.

At Warm Hearts, we are learning how to weave a truly safe space for one another, and from that place of safety, how to help the world heal.

We’ve learned that honoring our limits, listening to the our inner batteries, and knowing how much we can truly hold isn’t just self-care, it’s how we build a stronger, kinder community.

Thanks to our training, we even have our own safe word now. A reminder to pause, breathe, and ask: How’s your battery holding up today?

We wanna hear from you: Do you find saying no difficult? What do you say instead when you don’t feel like saying yes?

And again thank you dear Mirtele ❤️ by @warmheartssauna
