My father wore a rectangular gold-plated Longines quartz from the "80s. I grew up seeing it on his wrist- mostly during special occasions, so the watch always had a special place in my memories.

When it was eventually passed down to me, I wanted to love it, but honestly, it just wasn't my style. I know I might get some heat for this, but I eventually sold it. The sentimental value was there, but the watch itself never truly resonated with me.

Even then, I always knew I wanted to carry on the Longines tradition in my own way. When I first tried on the Hydroconquest, it just clicked, I felt the connection immediately.

It was modern, sporty, and much more me. I knew this was the watch I wanted to carry the Longines name forward...

Killing two birds with one stone today #bluewatchmonday and
#pocketshotweek2026

A friend lent me this watch so I can spend some time with it. I've seen him wear it plenty of times before, but honestly, I never really gave it much thought. It was just a blue watch to me.

Then a few months ago, I started looking for a blue watch of my own, and the more I saw him wearing this one, the more intrigued I became. Funny how that happens..

Personally, I think this is one of Tudor's best blue watches. The blue is muted, understated, and incredibly beautiful in person.

Sometimes a watch just needs a little time to find you.

I thought about doing a little touch-up on these, but it looked pretty nice at the moment, so I decided to leave them alone.

Daddy got a new pair of shoes… well, a bracelet.

I’ve always wanted the Everest on a Jubilee bracelet, but they’ve been hard to come by. After months of waiting, @timefactors finally restocked them and I jumped on it immediately.

The watch itself is already a tough one to find, and I think the Jubilee gives it that extra touch of class and elegance.

I'm really happy with how this one turned out. Definitely worth the wait.
