It’s always a little bit uncomfortable to call myself a founder, I prefer to use the term the carrier of the vision.

💧If you visit to Watershed, you can see the inside of my heart. Staying aligned with my soul purpose in life takes commitment, discipline and care.

💧I create space for people to heal. Gratiously sorounded by a group of people who are aligned with this vision.

🌱I am excited for 2026, as we embark upon new growth the watershed vision remains the same. Each space will be nourishing for your soul.

💧Our team will continue to listen to the buildings, space and the community to create more offerings for people to shift and re-align.

🌸When you when you heal yourself you heal your community.

💧Cheers the creating watershed moments for every body.

Next best thing to celebrating a bestie’s 40th bday away is a weekday staycation at the @watershedmpls! 💦 If you’re craving a restorative girls trip vibe but can’t get outta town because of your kids crazy sports schedules and…life, just play hooky one morning and visit Watershed Spa! 🌿 After a massage and bathing ritual (steam, soak, sauna, cold plunge - repeat) we felt so amazing! It was the perfect way to celebrate our girl, @lyndsipeltier’s birthday! 🥳💫🙌🏼

introducing 💧healing waters private ritual bath.

🛁watershed’s healing waters ritual bathing is an accompaniment of our signature massage.

💞we also have adjoining rooms so you can soak with a partner.

🌊our private soaking tubs are deeper tubs that you will likely never forget.
