No joke… we both had Christmas babies! 👶 😂. Here a few fun (& totally random) facts about us. All coincidences because we only met 3 years ago!!!! by @waveforwomen
This isn't for everyone. And that's exactly the point. The WAVE community is built on these non-negotiable values 👇 (swipe to see if you're our people!!) by @waveforwomen
We didn't start WAVE because we had it all figured out. We started it because we were tired of figuring it out alone. Meet the founders, Kelsey & Emily! 👇 by @waveforwomen
Today’s hangout: one brand-new baby girl, one baby still growing, and two business partners wondering how we got here so fast. 😅‼️ We haven’t known each other that long, but we’ve packed a LOT of life into it. Keep reading to see just SOME of the seasons we’ve navigated together 👉 1️⃣ Meeting over Zoom mid-pandemic while Em was pregnant with her second (yes, our friendship started in the digital world!) 2️⃣ Launching our first online program LEAP together before we’d ever met in person, which in hindsight was either brave or slightly CRAZY! 3️⃣ Turning our 3x sold-out group program into The Mastermind (creative title, we know) 4️⃣ Em holding down the fort through Kels’ first maternity leave… and somehow coming out the other side with a rebrand to WAVE 🌊 5️⃣ Hosting our very first event at Little Lake Market for 10 women, which has since grown into an 85-person day with sponsors, vendors and keynotes (still pinching ourselves at how wonderful our WAVE community is… you know who you are 🩵🤍) 🌊 6️⃣ And then, plot twist: both finding out we were expecting baby girls in 2026 😅 Business plans have shifted, calendars have been rewritten, and May leave coverages have been planned. But through every season, we’re here and we’re just as passionate (maybe more!!) than ever before to support female entrepreneurs in reaching their Next Level of success. If there’s one thing we hope you take from this: find the people who’ll grow with you, not just alongside you. That’s what THE WAVE community has always been about! Thank you for being part of the ride, and for cheering us on through every version of it. 💛 xo Kels & Em P.S. Sippin’ on a @drinkbarbet (our kids love them to!!) while we plan our next big WAVE event 😏— not sponsored but wouldn’t Barbet drinks be SUCH a vibe at a future WAVE event? Let us know if you’ve tried them and love them like we do!!! by @waveforwomen
When women come together, something shifts. ✨ Connection creates clarity. Clarity fuels momentum. And momentum inspires action. Our room was full of big energy, fresh ideas, new connections, and women leaving with more inspiration for their businesses — and more belief in what’s possible. Because sometimes, you don’t need to work harder. You just need to get in the right room. 🤍 Don’t miss the next one! DM us the word WAVE to claim your ticket for April 23 in Paris, Ontario. ✨ 🌊 Huge shoutout to our incredible, amazing + adores videographer @angela_desalvo for this beautiful reel from@the day! 📸 by @waveforwomen
Do you follow signs and serendipities when you make choices in your life and business? ✨ From the moment we met, the signs were everywhere! If you are struggling to make a decision right now, pay close attention to signs and symbols around you, they often have beautiful insight! 🌊 by @waveforwomen
Ever find yourself overthinking what to post? Waiting until everything is absolutely magazine-worthy perfect? The reel or blog that makes us look flawless? Here’s the truth: - The algorithm likes real, it doesn’t reward perfect! - When we stop looking like the perfect brand, it actually starts to grow. (Ask me how many calls we’ve shown up to with food or craft glue on our shirt. 🙃) - People care more about the woman they trust behind the brand than the perfect Pantone your logo. - Talk with your audience not to them. - No one’s voice will be like yours! So get to it! 💃 What does an authentic brand mean to you? ⬇️ by @waveforwomen
Hey WAVE Community! 👋 🌊 Meet our Co-Founder Kelsey. You can find Kelsey either ordering a hot coffee, cruising down a mountain on her bike or watching construction with her son Freddie as she wears baby Blair on her chest! 👶🚜 This girl is the queen of marketing strategy, a serious natural on her podcast microphone and passionately teaches to small businesses and companies across Canada. 👩‍🏫 We are so lucky to have Kelsey’s big vision and big heart in our WAVE community! 🙏 @kelseyreidl Will you tell us more about you below? What is your business and fave hot drink order? ⬇️ by @waveforwomen
Hi WAVE community 🌊, We’ve been growing quickly in this sweet little space! I’m Emily. I love talking about sales and marketing, gluten free food of all varieties, parenting and travel (especially to anywhere with a jaw dropping waterfall)! 🙋‍♀️ I would love to hear your name, biz and something about you below! ⬇️ Thanks for being here!! 🙏 by @waveforwomen
You’re invited to join us tomorrow for our guest speaker session wirh @iamsamanthagladish as she teaches us how to leverage the power of reels to generate leads! Samantha Gladish is a Functional Hormone Nutritionist and Business Coach who helps women in the health and wellness space build thriving, profitable practices. With 20 years in the wellness field and hundreds of clients coached through thyroid and metabolic health, she brings a rare combination: deep clinical expertise paired with hands-on mastery of social media growth, lead generation, sales, and email marketing. She now teaches fellow practitioners how to turn their own expertise into a business that grows — with a real audience, an engaged list, and a sales system that actually converts. If you’re interested in joining this mastermind call DM the word MASTERMIND by @waveforwomen
Kicking off this September! 💃 We will be deep diving into how to sell with ease and confidence and how to scale your business for time, energy and freedom! ✨ Why do these topics matter for a female entrepreneur? Sales: - Sales is foundational for revenue growth, and really where were we ever taught to sell? ✅ - Sales helps us grow in confidence as an entrepreneur because it helps us learn our value and ask for the sale and stop hiding between the illusion of a perfect business. ✅ - It helps us to understand our customer’s needs and desires and what they will actually pay for ✅ - Getting better at sales helps us to generate clients more consistently without working more hours ✅ Scaling: - If you want that delicious time freedom, your business needs to grow beyond you! ✅ - Scaling will increase your capacity to focus on your zone of genius in your biz ✅ (That’s right, less of the frustrating tasks!) - Scaling improves your profit ✅ (Enough said) - It will turn your biz into an ASSET ✅ (Hence why we have our amazing WAVE lawyer teaching this!) @sonya_szabo Who wants in? DM us the word WAVE. 🌊 by @waveforwomen

Sonya is… 📈 a business builder who’s built, scaled, and sold businesses. 📝 a strategist who builds businesses around life rather than the other way around. She has done it for herself before she did it for anyone else and other founders come to her to help them do the same! ⛓️‍💥an advocate for freedom through ownership. She knows this is where both wealth + freedom come from! Freedom to spend more time with family, travelling and create a meaningful life not just a business We can’t wait to learn from Sonya in the WAVE mastermind in the coming months!
