THE OFFICIAL FEAR/LESS SHORT FILM is here! 🥹🤍🎬✨ [also now posted on YouTube - linked in my bio!!] Beyond honored to finally share this incredibly special meaningful film with the world 😭 I wrote this poem 4 years ago inspired by a conversation with the one and only @rachelmariehurstrmh , and fast forward to this year have gotten the greatest privilege of bringing it to life with the most epic team of creators 🥹🎬 We built a mud pit in my studio apartment, floral worlds in studios, and shot in abandoned warehouses all over the course of a year. I could not feel more grateful to finally share this video!!!! Fulllllllllll photoset from Ashly’s epicccc branding shoot in the spring that I never fully shared !!! 🤩❤️‍🔥📸 Shot for her brand’s big magazine feature, as well as to create a range of video & photo assets to support her upcoming course launches 🔥 We did a fullllllll ass day of shooting with multiple locations and around 8 total scenes throughout the course of our video & photo shoot day. Just been out here making SO many dreams come true this year and just going all-in after my dream goals & visions 😍❤️‍🔥🎬✨ I am such a huge proponent of getting the reps in and learning through experience and mannnnn have I put myself all the way in the game. To learn & grow with every project I’ve created I have significantly increased not only the output volume SIGNIFICANTLY, but arguably more importantly, the PRECISION, of everything im (still) creating this year !! I removed SO much misalignment from my life in the past two years and it was like a giant (painful) excavation to truly DEDICATE myself to my clearest path of what feels most authentically for me in this life And I’ve been able to hone in so much on where I feel uniquely called to go & the specific directions I feel I’m meant to create in I’ve been shooting my shot all over the place and hella just increasing my surface area for luck across the board ****** The only rules of the game are ever to just keep going & keep creating in the direction of your dreams ❣️🥹😍🥰🤍🙌🏼✨ taken in Denver, Colorado by @wavesbby___

When most people think of marketing campaigns or content for their business their brains immediately jump to what I like to call ‘tangible’ content - what the product or service actually IS functionally. Which, don’t get me wrong, there’s for sure a time and place for. But where I come in is zooming out to the bigger picture of your brand. What’s the overall story you’re telling? What WORLD are you creating with your business that you get to bring people into? That people are excited and curious to learn more about? How can we zoom out to the ~metaphorical~ expression of your brand and evoke a FEELING that we convey through your marketing campaign. The hill I’ll die on is that vibes on set matter more than anything ✨🎥📸 The one thing I always prioritize and am most frequently praised for is my ability to cultivate and hand-select a GREAT team of people for my projects. Across the board whether it’s music videos or branding shoots, feeling comfortable with the people you’re around on set 100% comes across on camera !!! 🔥 I know for myself, the vibes & connection I feel with the person in front of me holding the camera, 100% influence my ability to feel comfortable & cozy & FREE to express myself authentically. Are we at WORK? Yes. Is technical competence a FOUNDATIONAL necessity? Yes. Is the main goal to get AMAZING results? Yes. But I wholeheartedly believe the best vehicle for getting there is cultivating an incredible crew of people who are not only masters of their craft, but have amazing energy & ability to connect with others around them 🥰 I have felt so grateful and lucky and blessed to have met some of the best most talented incredibly awesome creators in Denver over the past year. 🥹😭❤️‍🔥🤍🙌🏼🎬✨🎶 it is my DREAM to make beautiful meaningful music videos for artists like @lane8 and @sultanshepard , so I just decided to DO IT 🥹😎🥰🤍✨ This song came out a long time ago and immediately struck such a strong chord with me. I INSTANTLY saw this beautiful video of uplifting HOPE and possibility in my head, and immediately knew I wanted @s.__.am and @scarzed to star in it (@moonflowercoffee.co is the most loving community space because of how amazing they are) 🩵 In a world that feels increasingly more disconnected, lane 8’s music has always facilitated so much connection & hope for me, that I wanted to create a music video that evoked all the same energy in such a strong way 🤍 I am choosing to self-produce this video of my own volition because I CARE so much about the meaningful impacts I feel behind it, and I have been in contact with his label for permission to film it purely as a creative passion project 😌🥰🙏🏼 We’ve got shoot day #1 under our belts and MANY more scenes to go! On self-funded music video / short film #5 for this year so far hbu? 😂🫠 I am crystal clear about the type of projects I want to create and the type of director I want to be and I HAVE to put myself all the way in the game to explore and experiment and practice and get feedback on my own terms to continuously hone my craft and elevate my skillsets thru experience ❤️‍🔥 MOST IMPORTANTLY - I literallyyyyyyyyy would not be able to do ANY of these projects without the support of my incredible community and friends and other artists who believe in the visions and so graciously contribute their efforts and energy towards bringing them to life.
