That thick mix isn't just for show 👀

The viscosity you're seeing is the mechanism - a patented fibre matrix that forms a gel in your gut and physically slows how fast glucose enters your bloodstream after a meal.

One sachet. Before you eat. That's the whole system.

✅ Supports a 43% reduction in post-meal glucose response
✅ Stimulates your body's natural GLP-1 release
✅ Chromium supports healthy carbohydrate metabolism
✅ Supports healthy cholesterol, triglycerides and HDL at the same time
✅ Works structurally — before food even hits your system

This isn't just community results. The Cleveland Clinic — America's #1 rated Heart Centre — ran clinical trials on this fibre matrix and confirmed significant reductions in LDL cholesterol, total cholesterol, and harmful lipids. Better glucose. Better blood markers. All from one sachet before your meal.

I show the mix. My Libre tracks the response. The numbers speak for themselves.

Prediabetics all over the world are using this to get healthier numbers — without extreme diets or medication.

Comment A1C below and I'll send you the full breakdown 👇

WAIT... fixing insulin resistance is this easy? 👇
And it's holding my HbA1c at 4.8%

Nature's Ozempic. No needle. No prescription. ✅
Most people have never heard of GLP-1.

But if you've heard of Ozempic… you've heard of what it mimics.

GLP-1 is a hormone your body already makes naturally. It controls your blood sugar, tells your brain you're full, and improves how your cells respond to insulin.

The problem? In most people with insulin resistance… GLP-1 levels are too low.

So the body stops responding properly. Blood sugar spikes. Cravings go through the roof. Weight creeps up. Sound familiar?

Here's what most people don't know —
There's a plant that has been shown to raise your GLP-1 levels by 70%. Naturally. No injection. No prescription. No side effects.
It's called Yerba Mate.

And before you scroll past — this isn't your average tea. This is a concentrated, clinically studied extract packed with:

🌿 Chlorogenic Acid — slows glucose entering your bloodstream and makes your cells more sensitive to insulin. A natural insulin sensitiser.

🫐 Polyphenols — more than green tea. Powerful antioxidants that fight the inflammation driving insulin resistance at its root.

⚡ Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) — essentia
l for glucose metabolism. Every single sachet.

🔥 Natural GLP-1 Stimulation — shown to raise your body's own GLP-1 by 70%. Same hormone. No needle.

This is one morning habit. One drink. That's it.
If you're scared of needles…
If Ozempic feels too extreme…
If you just want a natural solution that actually works…

This is worth knowing about.
I reversed my prediabetes from 6.4% to 4.8% HbA1c and I'm holding it there. This is part of how.

👇 Comment GLP1 and I'll send you the natural solution directly.

I REVERSED my pre-diabetes, fatty liver, and insulin resistance — naturally. No medications. No starvation. Just the right tools.

And one of the BIGGEST game-changers? This little green drink I sip every morning. 👇

It's powered by a South American plant leaf packed with something called CHLOROGENIC ACID — and the research on it is honestly mind-blowing.

Here's what it actually does inside your body:

🟢 Wakes up your insulin receptors — Studies show chlorogenic acid increases tissue sensitivity to insulin, meaning your cells finally start "hearing" insulin's signal again. That's the OPPOSITE of insulin resistance.

🟢 Slows the sugar dump into your blood — It blunts how fast glucose enters your bloodstream after eating. Less spikes. Less crashes. Less stored fat.

🟢 Tells your liver to STOP making sugar — Your liver has been overproducing glucose 24/7 in insulin resistance. Chlorogenic acid downregulates that process (called gluconeogenesis).

🟢 Targets fatty liver directly — Polyphenols from this plant have been shown in studies to reduce hepatic fat accumulation, lower liver enzymes, and ease the inflammation that drives fatty liver disease.

🟢 Improves your pancreas function — Research on the IRS-1 and PI3K insulin signalling pathway shows this plant extract literally upregulates the genes that make insulin work properly.

🟢 Crushes oxidative stress — The polyphenols neutralise the free radicals that damage your blood vessels, your liver, and your beta cells.
This isn't bro-science. This is published, peer-reviewed research.

And the wildest part? Most people walking around with prediabetes, fatty liver, and insulin resistance have NEVER even heard of chlorogenic acid — because their doctor was too busy writing a metformin prescription. 💊

I drink mine every single morning before I eat anything. It's clean, it's natural, and it works WITH your body — not against it.

If you want to know exactly what I drink and how I use it as part of my full reversal protocol…

👇 Comment "NATURAL" and I'll send you everything.
No pressure. No gimmicks. Just the real thing that helped me bring my HbA1c down to 4.8%.

YERBA MATE — MORE THAN JUST A TEA I’ve been looking into Yerba Mate and the research around its potential role in metabolic health — and there’s some really interesting science emerging.

Yerba Mate naturally contains:

• Chlorogenic acids
• Polyphenols
• Caffeine
• Theobromine
• Saponins

Research is particularly interesting around glucose metabolism and insulin sensitivity.

A recent systematic review of randomised controlled trials found potential improvements in post-meal blood glucose, HbA1c and markers of insulin resistance, particularly in people with prediabetes.

But here’s the important bit…

The evidence doesn’t show that Yerba Mate is a magic weight-loss solution.

Instead, researchers are investigating whether it can support the processes involved in metabolic health, energy metabolism and body composition.

So why am I interested in Unimate?

Each stickpack contains 3 g of concentrated green Yerba Mate leaf extract.

Unicity uses a process involving:

Handpicked → Roasted → Extracted → Concentrated → Purified

Unicity states that its process can produce an extract containing up to 375× more chlorogenic acids than commercially available Yerba Mate drinks.

That’s a manufacturer claim rather than an independent clinical finding, but it certainly makes the formulation interesting.

For me, it’s less about looking for a “fat burner” and more about asking:

What are the foods, drinks and compounds we’re consuming actually doing inside our bodies?

Yerba Mate is definitely one worth investigating.

Energy. Focus. Plant compounds. Metabolic health.

And I’m only just scratching the surface of the research.

I've been reading a book this week and one section really stood and It talks about three natural "shockers" that can shift how your body runs. They're simple, and they all boost something called BDNF (brain derived neurotrophic factor), a protein that helps your brain grow new cells and stay sharp.

Here are the three:

1️⃣ A cold finish to your shower
End your hot shower with 10 to 15 seconds of cold water. Short, uncomfortable, and a real wake up call for your nervous system.

2️⃣ Regular fasting
When you give your body a proper break from food, insulin comes down and your body can switch to burning its own fat for fuel. Research links fasting with higher BDNF too. This is the one I've built my whole day around.

3️⃣ High intensity interval training
Short bursts of hard effort followed by rest. One of the most time efficient ways to build fitness, and exercise is one of the best studied ways to raise BDNF.

The beauty is how simple these are. Cold water, time between meals, and a few minutes of effort. No complicated plan, just small habits done consistently.

If you're fasting already, or you've tried and struggled with the hunger, this is what changed it for me. A yerba mate drink in the morning to carry me through my fast with steady energy, and a fibre matrix before meals. Fibre feeds your gut bacteria, which helps your body release GLP-1 naturally, the hormone that keeps you fuller for longer and calms cravings. It's a big part of how I keep my A1C at 4.8.

Start small with all three

Like and share with someone who needs this

💬 Comment PROTOCOL and I'll send you exactly how I do it.

People keep telling me this stuff is expensive. So let me tell you what expensive actually looked like.

I was spending £20 a day on coffee. Five cups. Wired by nine, flat by eleven, reaching for the next one to paper over the crash. That is around £600 a month on something that spiked me, dropped me and left me jittery and anxious by the afternoon. Nobody ever called that expensive. I just handed the money over every single morning without a second thought.

Then I swapped it for one sachet of Unimate at £1.64. One. And it did more for me than all five cups put together.
Here is why, and this is the part most people never get told. Unimate is yerba mate, a plant, not a processed coffee hit. It is naturally dense in B vitamins, it is plant based, and it is not coated or loaded with anything.

You get smooth, steady energy and a clean lift that carries you right through the day, no peak, no dip, no jitters, no anxious edge. It also carries around ten times the chlorogenic acids of coffee, the plant compounds linked to how your body handles glucose. Zero sugar. And it supports your own GLP-1, the body's natural appetite and blood sugar signal, so your hunger settles instead of clawing at you by mid morning.
So look at the two cups again.

One sachet, £1.64, steady all day. Or five coffees, £20, wired then flat. It was never about the money. I was spending it anyway. I just finally spent it on something that gave back.

Honestly, for what it has done for me, it should cost more. So the real question is not why is it that price. It is why are you still not doing this?

Get yours today. Comment MATE and I'll send you everything. 🙌

This is what two drinks a day has done for me.

My A1c is holding at 4.8. And in eight weeks my blood work moved further than I thought it could. My LDL came down from 4.3 to 2.9. Total cholesterol from 6.5 to 5.2. My ApoB, the number that really tracks heart risk, dropped from 1.20 to 0.98. The whole panel went the same way.
Here is the science behind why.

Balance is a viscous fibre matrix you take before your meals. It slows how fast the carbs hit your blood, and in testing it cut the post-meal glucose curve by 43%. Fewer spikes means your body calls for less insulin. Do that meal after meal, day after day, and the insulin load that drives so much of this starts to fall.

Unimate is a yerba mate drink that makes the whole thing liveable. In a controlled study people felt 59% fuller within 15 minutes and ate around 150 fewer calories at the next meal without even trying. That is the part that makes it stick, because most plans fail on hunger, not willpower.
This is the insulin resistance framework Dr Ben Bikman has taught for years, and Cleveland Clinic researchers have found significant cholesterol and lipid reductions on this same fibre.

My results are my own personal experience, and anything worth doing here is worth doing alongside your doctor.
Two drinks a day. Real data. A system you can keep. It changed my life, and I am watching it change the lives of the people I work with every week.

If you want me to show you exactly how to start, comment FEELGREAT below and I'll send you everything. 🙌

I genuinely don't have the words for this. And I'm someone who talks about this stuff every single day.

@highlight fans I'm in my forties. I've always trained. I've always watched what I eat. But my blood work has never, not even in my twenties, looked as good as it does right now. And the most shocking part? I haven't changed a single thing. Same food. Same training. Same lifestyle. I just added this drink before my meals and let it do its thing.

I can't believe I waited so long. If you're sitting on the fence, you are genuinely missing a trick.

🌿 What's actually in it
It's built around a thick gel-forming fiber matrix that physically slows how fast carbs and sugar absorb into your bloodstream. Inside that matrix you've got phytosterols, policosanol from sugar cane extract, and a blend of plant-derived polysaccharides. On top of that there's chromium, zinc, and a full vitamin complex designed to support healthy metabolism.

📋 It's listed in the Physician's Desk Reference
One of very few nutritional supplements to make it in. The reference guide medical professionals use. That's what makes it a nutraceutical, not just a supplement.

🔬 The clinical study result
A CGM-tracked study showed it reduced the overall post-meal glucose response by 43%. That means less of a spike, less insulin flooding your system, no energy crash, no cravings an hour later.

🩸 My blood markers after taking it daily (in only two months) 😮
⬇️ LDL down 33%
⬇️ Total Cholesterol down 20%
⬇️ Non-HDL down 26%
⬇️ ApoB down 18%
⬇️ ApoB:ApoA1 ratio down 25%
⬆️ HDL up 6% and still climbing

Comment A1c and I'll send it straight over.

@highlight Most people are told "INSULIN RESISTANCE" like it explains itself. Here is what is actually happening inside your cells, step by step. 🩸

• Insulin is a key. Its whole job is to bind a receptor on the surface of your cell. That binding is what unlocks everything else.

• Binding fires a relay inside the cell. The signal passes down a chain, IRS1 to PI3K to AKT, like a message being handed along.

• That relay calls up GLUT4. These are glucose transporters, the actual doors, kept in storage inside the cell until they are needed.

• GLUT4 travels to the surface and opens the door. Every glucose molecule enters through one of these. No signal means no doors, which means glucose has nowhere to go.

Now here is where it quietly breaks:
• Years of glucose surges mean the same key knocking far more often. Constant demand wears the system down.

• The receptor starts answering less. The relay inside arrives faint. GLUT4 sets off, stalls, and parks back inside. The door stays shut and the glucose stays in your blood.

• So your pancreas makes more insulin to force the same job done. This is the part almost nobody sees, because it is invisible on a standard test.
• Your glucose reading stays normal for years.

It only climbs once your pancreas can no longer keep up. By the time sugar looks wrong, the struggle has been going on for a very long time.
The hopeful part: this is a demand problem, and demand is something you can change.

• Lower the demand on insulin and the curve bends the other way. Sensitivity can come back.

Comment INSULIN and I'll send you the exact protocol I use to bring insulin sensitivity back. 💪

The easiest health hack we all need, and almost nobody is doing it. 🌊 👌🍃

This is me on a beach in Crete doing the one thing that changed my blood work more than anything else. A viscous fibre drink before my biggest meal. That is it. No gym required, no starving, no willpower.

Here is why something this simple works so well. When you drink a thick, viscous fibre before you eat, it forms a soft gel in your gut, almost like a net. So when the sugars and carbs from your meal arrive, that net slows how fast they are absorbed into your bloodstream.

A slower, gentler rise in blood sugar means your body only needs a small, steady release of insulin instead of a big panic surge. No spike, no crash, no 3pm slump, and far less strain on your metabolism day after day.

Now here is what this habit, alongside eating in the right order, has done for my actual blood work.

I am maintaining an HbA1c of 4.8, right down in the healthy range. My triglycerides sit at 1.0. My HDL, the protective one, is 1.9, giving me a triglyceride to HDL ratio of 0.5, which is one of the best signs of good insulin health you can have. These are my own numbers, from my own tests, not borrowed from anyone.

That is the part that still amazes me. The easiest change on the list is the one that keeps those numbers exactly where I want them.

If you want the exact protocol, what I drink, when, and how I use it around meals.

Comment EASY and I will send it straight to your DMs.
