@somecafecollector is one of those spots we keep coming back to - road trip pit stops, Friday nights for burgers, and somehow we’re back Saturday morning for brunch. Warm sunshine in the garden, dogs sprawled out on the verandah, shelves full of local treats, Waypoint tea in the pots, and a team that makes you feel like a regular the first time you walk in. One of our absolute local favourites ❤️

Brewing tip: green tea turns bitter fast if the water’s too hot. Keep it around 80°C (or just add a splash of cold to your boiled water), and you’ll taste the difference. Good tea deserves a little extra care.
