#Gratitude for yesterday’s Healing Table Supper 🤍

We shouted.
We laughed.
We breathed.
We paused.
We took a moment for ourselves.

There were tears of joy and tears of relief — and space for all of it.

To the ladies who joined me for the Healing Table International Women’s Supper, thank you for honouring the invitation.

Thank you for choosing to spend time with yourself, and for spending time with me. I pray and hope you were inspired by the person next to you, by those who shared, and simply by being present in the room.

I hope you enjoyed the space, the energy, the conversations, and the freedom to just be.

A special shout-out to @sanmarinoleytonstone thank you for welcoming us and for giving us a space to eat and be, to drink and laugh.

Wishing all the ladies a beautiful International Women’s Month — because we don’t do a day, we do the whole month.

Friday Reflection

We need to learn how to support others without judgment.

Just because you’re organised and good at managing tasks doesn’t mean everyone else will be.

Just because you have strong financial literacy doesn’t mean others were taught the same skills.

Every person is blessed with something a talent, a strength, a way of seeing the world that adds value. When we judge others by our own abilities, we miss the opportunity to learn from theirs.

Growth doesn’t come from comparison; it comes from collaboration. When we bring our skills together, we create balance, understanding, and stronger outcomes for everyone.

Today, reflect on this:

Am I judging differences, or am I making space for them?

How can my strengths support someone else’s journey rather than diminish it?

Let’s choose empathy, shared learning, and collaboration over criticism.

It is forgiveness, consolation, and presence without condition.

Some sisters will come into your life to take what they need and then go.That, too, is part of life.

But the ones who stay—the ones who support you, who grow roots with you—
they are the true meaning of sisterhood.

Why do I do what I do?

Hi Guys it's Fran from The Healing Table. This year the team and I have decided to give back by doing a toy drive . These toys will go to a children's charity just before Christmas due to the current cost of living we as a team feel that its only right to support the younger generation with a gift at Christmas.

We will not be taking any physical cash as we would prefer toys .
