We’re highlighting the fact that women in the UK receive 33% less pension income than men.

Yep. A THIRD LESS. 🤯

All those years spent looking after children, parents and everyone else, often sacrificing earnings and pension contributions along the way.

Because apparently keeping the entire world turning doesn’t count towards your pension. 🙄 and that’s not ok.

That’s why we’re supporting @pregnant_then_screwed and their campaign: The Pension Penalty - fighting to close the gender pension gap.

That’s 14 million people! So it’s important that we talk openly about bladder and pelvic health.

We hit the streets of London to speak with women - to TRY to make them laugh, because life is too short to stop laughing in case we leak - and to talk about bladder health.

Here on @weare_offtherails we are all about getting women to big themselves up so when @iamalisonperry chatted with @romeshranga recently at @bbcradio2 In The Park, she got him to tell us what he loves about his wife Leesa.

We loved what he had to say about the importance of running a family and how we often undervalue it. And we have probably all been there, looking in the mirror before a night out, beating ourselves up a bit.

We hit @scampanddude in @batterseapwrstn - and we promise we didn’t really leave because it was too good 🙈 in fact, go back a couple of posts and watch our episode of Changing Room Chats if you fancy seeing what we tried on!

What we love about Scamp and Dude are the feelgood vibes. We felt amazing browsing the colourful clothes but also the shop manager Alice was the friendliest person ever. So gorgeous. We left on a high!

PS we promise no kittens or bumble bees were harmed in the making of this video.

We welcome @pinkhouseliving to Changing Room Chats and we only blooming well hit the most dopamine-infused store ever… @scampanddude in @batterseapwrstn ⚡️

From acrobatic tricks with disco balls 🪩 and nearly removing too many clothes 😳 to trying on cosy knits in the brightest of colours and gorgeous denim… it’s safe to safe we had a great time.
