Ever met a pathological liar?

Someone who lies about everything, even what they had for breakfast.

Rabbi Shlomo Farhi explains how the habits we allow ourselves take over how we think and how we act.

And why telling yourself there’s nothing wrong can bring destruction to the entire world.

Why Hashem had to push Noach to leave the ark by @wearechazak

Feel like you’re drowning? 🌊

Noach couldn’t stop the flood. He couldn’t see the shore. He had no idea how long the storm would last.

But he built his ark, held on to his faith, and kept taking care of everyone who depended on him.

Your storm might feel endless right now. It isn’t.

The rainbow always comes after the rain. 🌈

Swipe for 3 lessons from Parashat Noach to carry you through life’s storms.

Send this to someone who needs it this Shabbat.

Parshat Noach reminds us that we can’t always control the storm around us — but we can control what we choose to build through it.
Noach built the ark one piece at a time. Sometimes that’s what faith looks like too: creating something steady, meaningful, and holy even when the world feels chaotic.

China installed over a billion cameras, and they still can’t see what Hashem sees.

Noach was surrounded by darkness. The world outside the tevah was filled with corruption and destruction.

But Hashem gave him one instruction for the inside: “Tzohar ta’aseh latevah”, make a light for the ark.

We can’t always control the darkness outside. But we can control how much light we let into our homes and into ourselves. A warm home. Words that encourage. Relationships where people feel valued.

And the light isn’t only for us. A smile to someone who feels invisible. A phone call to someone who’s lonely. A kind word to someone who’s struggling. Small things that can become someone else’s source of light.

Greatness isn’t just surviving the darkness. It’s creating enough light that others can find their way too.

Shabbat Shalom 🕯️
