A team that grows together, shapes better spaces together.

Our September General Assembly where we came together to learn, sharpen our skills, share ideas, and keep pushing ourselves forward.

At Hurray, we believe empowered creations come from empowered creators. We invest in our people, nurture each team member’s individuality, and create opportunities to become our best, most creative selves.

Here’s to learning more, doing better, and shaping what’s next together.

Every designer brings a different perspective to a space, and often, that story begins with the materials they choose.

For this edition of Designer Picks, IDr. Gaille shares a palette built around contrast, warmth, and character. Rich wood grains create a grounded base, while deep blue, burnt orange, luminous stone, and brushed metallic details bring depth and personality into the mix.

Her selection shows how expressive materials can still feel refined when every texture, tone, and finish is thoughtfully balanced. The result is a palette that feels polished, layered, and distinctly personal.

What material would you build a room around?

August at Hurray was all about moving forward, together.

Our August General Assembly brought the team together to align on what’s ahead, celebrate the wins that brought us here, and look forward to the opportunities waiting in the next month.

And because no Hurray gathering is complete without a little fun, we switched roles for a day with our “Dress Up As Your Boss” challenge. From serious boss energy to questionable impressions, the team definitely understood the assignment. 😄

Here’s to another month of growing, creating, and making more Hurray Moments together.

Every designer sees a space differently, and it all begins with the materials they choose.

IDr. Alech shares a palette that reflects her love for bold colors, layered textures, and interiors with character.

While neutral spaces continue to dominate today’s design language, she believes there’s beauty in embracing richness, contrast, and individuality. Her curated selection proves that bold doesn’t have to be loud, and timeless doesn’t have to mean neutral.

Thoughtfully layered materials and confident color choices can create spaces that feel sophisticated, expressive, and uniquely yours.

What material would you build a room around?

Design is always evolving, and so are we.

Our team recently spent the day with Knox Corporation, refreshing our knowledge on the technical aspects of lighting while exploring the latest innovations and product offerings from VIM Lighting.

Every training strengthens our understanding of how lighting shapes a space, helping us make more thoughtful and informed design decisions for every project.

Here’s to continuous learning and creating spaces with even greater intention.

Some journeys are measured by time. The most meaningful ones are measured by the lives they shape.

Eleven years ago, Kim joined Hurray as an intern with a passion to learn. Today, she leads as our Design Manager, guiding the next generation of designers while continuing to grow through every project, every challenge, and every transition.

Her journey is a reflection of what happens when curiosity meets consistency, and when great design is matched with compassion, leadership, and a commitment to helping others grow.

Thank you, Kim, for 11 years of creativity, dedication, and inspiring leadership. Thank you for shaping not only remarkable spaces, but also the people around you.

Happy 11th Anniversary at Hurray. Here’s to every milestone you’ve reached and every chapter still waiting to be designed.

🤍

A month of reflection, alignment, and celebration.

From department updates and July game plans to the launch of our latest HR campaign, this General Assembly kept us focused on what matters most.

We also had some fun with our “Wrong Meeting, Wrong Outfit” theme, with Architect Lex taking home the win. 👏 Congratulations as well to our Hurray Moments awardee, IDr. Alech, for this month’s well deserved recognition.

Here’s to another month of growing, creating, and moving forward together.

Growing through every challenge, one milestone at a time. ✨

Please join us in celebrating Alecs and her continued growth journey at Hurray.

From building confidence in her craft to leading projects from concept to completion, Alecs has shown what it means to embrace challenges, stay open to learning, and continuously evolve both as a designer and project manager.

One of her biggest realizations? Growth isn’t about getting everything right. It’s about finding your rhythm, learning from every experience, and trusting that you’re moving in the right direction.

Congratulations, Alecs. We’re proud of how far you’ve come and excited to see where your journey takes you next. 💛
