Meet Kemi, a music teacher at heart and educational consultant and researcher on paper. She loves the brain, music, languages, dancing and community building.

Kemi currently works for an educational non-profit that provides free, bilingual educational content to public schools in the U.S. She also provides pedagogy-based consultation to international organizations and nonprofits in a wide variety of fields!

She studied music education as an undergrad, went on to get an MA in Advanced Educational Practice. She’s pursuing postgraduate studies at the Universitat de Barcelona in educational neuroscience so, she knows a little bit about the brain, too.

She says “The PAU community has allowed me to form some of the closest friendships I have in Barcelona, meet people who are doing fantastic things in their fields and, experience first-hand the truly innovative projects carried out by the European Creative Hubs Network.”

Thank you, Guillermo, for your inspiring talk at our latest PAU-D edition.

We learned that challenging the traditional agency model isn't just about working remotely—it's about building teams around people rather than rigid structures. From friendships evolving into collaborations to assembling the right talent for every project, Guillermo shared how Decimal has built a decentralized, project-based studio that values trust, flexibility, and human connection above all.

Thank you to everyone who joined us.

See you at the next PAU-D! 💛
