We took a water taxi (Popeye) to A Guarda, Spain, from Vila Praia do Âncora, Portugal. I kept my gut sucked in to keep my legs from hurting. Even though Bart had my heavy items in his backpack, carrying my backpack was tough going up the hill to A Guarda. Vila Praia do Âncora had a great festival. We were so grateful for Spain’s mixed salad. Delicious, tender lettuce, tomatoes, onions, olives, asparagus, cheese, tuna, olive oil, wine vinegar! Instagram cut off most of these photos. Will continue the coastal route another time. Hanging out as tourists for a few days. #caminodesantiagoportugués #hikingartist by @webbbartley
