🚨GAP ASSESSMENTS = SOLD OUT. And honestly? I’m not shocked. More than 25 wedding pros have already joined WPCEO this month and they’re inside RIGHT NOW building their 2026 strategy with our coaching team. 🔥The momentum is real. We had so many applications flood in over the last 24 hours that we physically couldn’t fit everyone into a Gap Assessment spot… so I did something I NEVER do: ➡️ WPCEO Accelerator is officially open for DIRECT enrollment. No application. No interview. No hoops. This is for the pros who are DONE playing small and ready to finally: 💥 Fix their pricing 💥 Close more clients with confidence 💥 Build systems that stop the chaos 💥 Hit consistent $8K–$12K months 💥 Step into their CEO era (for real this time) This is the ONLY time all year you’ll get: ✨ Black Friday pricing ✨ 2 FREE months ✨ A private 1:1 strategy session ✨ Immediate access to our coaching team ✨ A clear plan for your 2026 growth Once doors close on Monday, this entire bonus stack disappears. No exceptions. No second chances. Comment “BLACK FRIDAY” and I’ll send you the link. by @wedding.pro.ceo
Comment “CLOSE” and I’ll DM you the link to my FREE TRAINING on how to 2x your sales! If you want to break past $100K, your sales process can’t be built on hope and vibes. Here’s what actually works, and what we teach inside WPCEO: 1. Present the proposal on the call. When you walk them through it live, they buy with clarity instead of disappearing into their inbox. 2. Put your pricing on your website. Hiding your rates doesn’t make you luxury, it makes you frustrating. And making a client do a call to get numbers is a waste of everyone’s time. 3. Follow up like your business depends on it. Because it does. A real sales system includes 7–10 follow-ups, not a single “just checking in” email. 4. Meet your leads where they are. If they DM you, DM them back. If they text, text them back. High-intent leads don’t want to fight through your workflow to give you money. When you ditch the hope-and-hustle approach and step into strategic selling, $100K becomes the floor. Not the ceiling. What to do instead↓ 1. Close them on the consult - the only way to make sure you don’t get ghosted is to leave the consult with payment and a signed contract. 2.Once again, why are we leaving the consult without a signed contract? 3. A DM is a lead - just message them back, ask a few questions, and book a consult. Want my free training? Comment “SALES” and I’ll DM you the link! by @wedding.pro.ceo

They took the leap during to invest in themselves and it changed everything. And now? It’s your turn. Comment “2X” and I’ll send you the link to book a FREE Gap Assessment with my team. We’ll dissect your business and give you the strategy you need to make 2026 your best year yet!!👏 by @wedding.pro.ceo
This lounge didn’t happen by accident. Every element was intentionally designed by our team to create a space that felt elevated, inviting, and aligned with the experience our client wanted guests to have. Great event design isn’t about adding more. It’s about knowing exactly what belongs, where it belongs, and how every detail works together to tell a story. That’s the difference thoughtful design makes. The quiet designs always say the most. Clean neutrals. Soft layers. Intentional everything. The art of neutral design is knowing less is only more when every choice is deliberate. This one had us at every single detail. We had the privilege of bringing this vision to life. From the welcome details to every intentional touch that set the tone for an unforgettable summit. ✨ This wasn’t just event design, it was creating an environment where powerful women could walk in and feel it from the moment they arrived. Every floral arrangement, every styled moment, every carefully placed detail was designed with purpose. We are so grateful for the trust placed in us to design this empowering weekend! When I started @wedding.pro.ceo , it was never about helping wedding pros make more money just for the sake of making more money. It was about helping them see beyond their craft. Because so many talented wedding professionals are incredible at what they do, yet they’re exhausted. They’re working every weekend. Missing time with family. Wondering if all of their hard work will ever create the freedom they dreamed of when they started their business. WPCEO was created to change that. To help wedding pros build businesses that don’t just survive, but scale. Businesses that create financial freedom. Businesses that create time freedom. Businesses that support families. Businesses that build legacy. That’s why this year’s inaugural X Awards ceremony was so special. Every person in this photo has multiplied their revenue since joining Wedding Pro CEO. Some doubled it. Some tripled it. We even got to give out our Millionaire Milestone Award✨ But what I see when I look at this photo isn’t revenue. I see business owners who bet on themselves. I see leaders who chose to think differently. I see CEOs who decided they wanted more than a job they created for themselves. These awards represent growth, but more importantly, they represent possibility. Proof that you can build a profitable business you love without sacrificing everything else that matters. To our inaugural class of X Award winners, thank you for allowing us to be part of your journey. Watching you grow has been one of the greatest honors of my career. And we’re just getting started. ❤️ 🏆 The X Awards Multiply Your Revenue. Cement Your Legacy. One of the biggest shifts we’ve made as a planning company has nothing to do with timelines, design, or logistics. It’s how we price our services. As weddings grow in size, complexity, and scope, the amount of work happening behind the scenes grows right alongside them. More guests, more vendors, more events, more coordination, and often more days on site. Moving toward percentage-based pricing allows us to scale our services alongside the event itself. It ensures our team is properly staffed, appropriately compensated, and fully equipped to deliver the level of experience our couples deserve. Most importantly, it allows us to say “yes” to bigger visions without sacrificing the quality, attention, and support that make those celebrations successful. 🎙️ Sharing more on our episode with @timelinegenius by @wedding.pro.ceo
Where do I even begin?! 🤯 Year 2 in the books speaking at @wedding.pro.ceo summit hosted by @brandeegaar. I am SPEECHLESS! The event, the details, the community, the intention, and the knowledge shared over the past week has been so incredible to be a part of. This year I taught two workshops with this group of wedding pros. In one group, we focused on auditing their client processes, figuring out how can we streamline, elevate & provide a high-level experience. In another group, I walked through the art of the yes; how to create proposals that guide their hot leads to book. (This was definitely a crowd favorite). This room inspired me. Business owners making millions, pivoting & growing, and totally owning their confidence. And not to mention, the level of detail throughout this week was mind-blowing (I’m looking at you @normaventriere and @blushbbg ladies. Wouldn’t expect any less from weddings planners though 😉) Already counting down until next year!! 🙌 And if you’re a successful wedding pro looking to take your business to that next level, WPC is probably for you. Had an amazing time on the main stage at the Wedding Pro CEO Summit today. Really excited to see what’s next for every wedding business represented in the room! #feyisolaspeaks by @wedding.pro.ceo
Prepping for the college football championship tonight and I keep thinking about this. Curt Cignetti didn’t get famous because he had one good season. He got famous because he took bad programs and turned them into winners. Over. And over. And over again. Different schools. Same result. So when it’s time to recruit, he doesn’t pitch himself. He says: “I win. Google me.” That’s not arrogance. That’s pattern recognition. And honestly? That’s exactly how we’ve built Wedding Pro CEO. For 5 years, we’ve done the same thing: • Rebuilt broken business models • Fixed pricing that was bleeding profit • Helped wedding pros stop being busy and start thriving in their business Different markets. Different services. Different personalities. Same outcome. So when someone asks, “But will this work for me?” We don’t convince. We say: Don’t take it from us. Listen to our students. The proof is public. The results are documented. We don’t do gimmicks. We don’t manufacture urgency. We don’t play games. You can literally google Wedding Pro CEO and see why people join. We win. Our students win. And if you’re done guessing your way through growth, comment WIN and let’s chat. by @wedding.pro.ceo
This is what no one teaches ⬇️ Most wedding business owners are taught that referrals come from being everywhere. More events. More conversations. More visibility. But that approach usually leads to burnout, not better bookings. Referrals don’t come from knowing everyone. They come from being top of mind with the right people. When a planner, venue, or photographer is already working with your ideal couple, your job is not to sell yourself in that moment. Your job is to already be remembered. That only happens when your presence has been consistent, intentional, and aligned over time. If this was helpful, save it. If you know someone who’s networking themselves into exhaustion, share this with them. 👉 Follow for more marketing coaching for wedding business owners. by @wedding.pro.ceo
