Large Jerk Chicken Tray - Smokey, Flavourful Jerk Chicken that’s marinated overnight in my homemade jerk sauce. It is then cooked over charcoal which helps achieves that iconic jerk taste.

Comment your favourite protein and side dish of mine!

If you haven’t tried when one are you excited to try?

Large Oxtail Tray - Oxtail is marinated in spices and green seasoning before being stewed with aromatics for a few hours to achieve that soft, fall off the bone meat with a thick gravy

Small Curry Goat - Tender goat meat that is seasoned and marinated in a blend of curry powders and aromatics. It is stewed for a few hours that results in tender meat with a thick gravy. Available in both bone in and boneless options.

Large Bbq Chicken Tray - One of the most ordered menu items. The chicken is marinated in spices and herbs before being grilled. When it’s close to being ready it is coated in a honey bbq sauce. Afterwards it is then grilled for a bit more until the sauce is caramelized.

Fry Chicken Large Tray - This is personally my second or third favourite thing on the whole menu. The chicken is marinated with an array of spices and aromatics. It is then coated in seasoned flour that contains a secret spice not traditionally used in fry chicken recipes but some Jamaicans cooks know about it. The chicken is double fried to achieve an optimal level of crispiness.

Large Chicken Tray Jerk/Bbq - Feel free to mix and match the chicken in the small or large tray.

Small Mac N Cheese Tray - There’s a running joke I see online that Jamaicans can’t make Mac N Cheese. Thankfully for you guys I don’t fit that stereotype. Although Mac n Cheese is nowhere near a traditional Jamaican dish, for menu diversity purposes I thought it would be a good addition. And for any of who who’ve tried my Mac and cheese you know wagwan. I use a 3 cheese blend for my Mac N Cheese to hit different notes of cheese flavours and textures.

Small Alfredo Tray - Again for diversity purposes I offer a few different pasta options. I know Alfredo isn’t the most complex dish out there but I put a few twists on mine that I personally h taken in Toronto, Ontario by @wehavdat

Small Oxtail Tray(4lbs) - Oxtail seasoned with the essential Jamaican herbs and spices that is then seared and browned in brown sugar. It is finally stewed for a couple hours to achieve that tender fall off the bone meat. TENDERISM

BROWN STEW CHICKEN

Another new addition to my catering menu! This is also made with boneless chicken thighs. It’s marinated in green seasoning and spices before being browned in burnt sugar. No browning used over here, and trust me the colour and taste it gets is unmatched!

Just brownin up some Curry Goat…what else is new?

Available to order thru my catering menu! I’ll put my Curry Goat up against any and everyone’s. If you had it before you know wagwan!

Marinated overnight in spices, herbs and aromatics. It is then seared and browned in oil and burned curry powder before being stewed for a few hours. Saying the meat comes out tender is an understatement
