We have a tendency to get so caught up in our gadgets and closing rings and hitting halfway points that it can feel disorienting without. Movement is good for you, even if you can’t track it. by @wellbeingwithrosa

Famous last words…only 3 trips to @loweshomeimprovement , handful of tools + a blow torch later…it’s still not done but close! I wish I had the camera running when I got the handle off and then water started spewing everywhere! Yes, I did attempt to turn off at the street prior to starting but couldn’t get it…but found the strength when I needed to get the water to stop spewing everywhere. I used the @loweshomeimprovement bag to help divert the water while I shut the valve off. Let’s just say my day belonged in a DIY show.

I did not have fun today. However when I turned the water back on, nothing leaked and that was a HUGE win. by @wellbeingwithrosa

New season means new wardrobe needs ( rip living in atheleisure) but @nuuly has always been one of my fav clothing subscriptions! I get to try out clothes I wouldn’t typically buy myself and get adventurous! So when I learned that @anthropologie actually has a section where you can buy the Nuuly clothes I had to jump on it. You can technically buy the Nuuly clothes you rent but these are clothes that have been cycled out! I got all these pieces for under $200 with bonus of one shirt still having a tag on it and it was $120 originally!

I fought for my life filming this on a weekend between dogs and kiddos wanting to be held. 😵‍💫lmk if you want those outtakes! Bc iykyk! by @wellbeingwithrosa

Very excited to be a part of the @aerobuildco team as Sales lead! I get to help people go after and achieve their dreams of creating a mobile business in coffee, cocktail/mocktail or retail and it absolutely aligns with my through line of helping people achieve their goals! My favorite part is that they are all built right here in Nashville!
