A few weeks ago, we planted something a little different at the Alpha College mental health camp: a gratitude garden. We had no idea how much it would grow 🪴

Talking with these students was such a joy. So much energy, so much curiosity. And the best part was watching it click for them: “wait, I’m actually grateful for this?” Things they’d never stopped to think about were suddenly the first things they wrote down.
Those little woohoo moments stayed with us. 💛

Here’s what they had to say 🎥 by @wellness_alpha

House of Pebbles was glad to be part of Wellness Day at Alpha College, creating space for conversations around mental health and the importance of emotional well-being. 💜

Here’s to building a world where taking care of our minds is just as important as taking care of our bodies. ✨

🎭 A little fun, a little courage, and a whole lot of connection! ✨

As part of our mental health and wellness initiative, Colour-Coded Truth & Dare brought students together through laughter, self-expression, and meaningful interaction. Because mental wellness is also about creating spaces where we feel comfortable being ourselves.💛

Wellness Camp at Alpha Core, PECHS ! ✨🌿

A week dedicated to nurturing minds, uplifting spirits, and empowering students to prioritize their well-being!
The Wellness Week Camp brought together counsellors from across Alpha to create a supportive space for students to learn, grow, connect, and thrive. 🌈🧠

Together, we’re building a culture where mental health matters, self-care is celebrated, and every student feels seen, heard, and supported. 💫

Because wellness is not just a week, it’s a way of life!

Between two generations, there can be different languages of love, concern and understanding. Hear Me, See Me created room for mothers and daughters to step beyond the usual back-and-forth, listen with greater intention, and meet each other with a little more honesty, patience and care.
Because understanding does not always begin with agreement. Sometimes, it begins with feeling heard.

Alpha - Dream. Build. Become.
