Love hanging out with my old friends. 😂🤍
Somehow, I always leave with a little more wisdom than I came in with.

Hosted a Sip and Paint at the retirement home 🏠 🎨

So much laughter (and a little frustration trying to make every piece perfect 😅). But watching everyone have fun, and tap back into their inner artist was honestly so beautiful to see 🤍

Grateful to have been part of such a beautiful retreat for our caregivers 🤍 I had the honor of guiding a yoga session, sharing space through meaningful activities, and enjoying good food together.

Brought together by the amazing youth of @wanasah.ca, with my dear sister Namarig as their leader—who I met after I reverted and has been so amazing to me. My heart is full. Alhamdulillah 🤍 taken in Madison Greenhouse Event Venue by @wellnessartyogi
