Happy 1 year to @wellwithsage 🤍 Here is my thought on 100 posts and 1 year later: When I started this account April 2024, my plan was to use it as a diary for self accountability and a visual diary to look back on my progress in my health/wellness/and fitness journey. To my surprise it then transitioned into a way to share my ideas and flows with others! Looking back at my videos from a year ago I see a girl who was passionate but timid in herself and uncomfortable in her body. The fire was there, she just needed to trust in her vision and herself. While I can’t say that there is no negative self talk anymore, I feel like I am lighter and less self critical! I have seen a big jump in my confidence. It’s funny how teaching has helped me step out of my head and realize that my voice matters and it’s ok to take up space and to be heard. (Also fake it till you make it really helped lol) My passion for making fitness fun is what drives me as someone who never liked working out to support others who feel that way to find something that they enjoy! (Doesn’t have to be Pilates!) Moving your body should be fun! Challenging yourself and doing hard things can be fun! It feels so good to get stronger! Future: I have a HUGE project that I have been working on for a year now and I’m so excited to see what happens this summer in 2025! (I will let you guys know when it’s ready) Looking at how my goals and dreams have shifted has been so cool, and I truly think that becoming an instructor, going out of my comfort zone everyday to teach wonderful clients, trusting in God, and prioritizing my fitness and wellness has been the reason why I feel ready to make my dreams even bigger! For now, thank you for those who enjoy my posts and flows, I love sharing them and I hope they bring you fresh ideas and inspiration 🤍 • • • #pilatespics #pilatesinspiration #pilatesinstructor #fitness #fitnessjourney #womeninfitness #pilatesprincess #wellness #healthandwellnessjourney by @wellwithsage
March 2024 —> July 2025 Progress over perfection! Back in March 2024 I had just finished completing my first candida cleanse (you can look it up if you are lost lol) . I was finally starting to feel like I had some more energy, I felt less brain fog, fatigue, constant bloating and discomfort. While not everything was perfect (and if we are being honestly everything is still not perfect) I do want to show grace and gratitude for my past self and God for helping me and showing myself love through discipline, long suffering, and hard work. I proceeded to do a few more cleanses, workout out ALOT, changed my eating habits, worked on my self confidence and self talk. Basically did a full 180 from what I was doing in college. I was sick of feeling weak, I wanted to be strong!!! I’m still working on my push ups, my strength, and I have goals now bigger than 2024 Sage could even comprehend, but I have to say that I’m so proud of myself for pushing through everything that has come in my face! And with new health challenges or just life challenges that may arise, I know that I am stronger than ever! Here is my little love letter to 2024 Sage, telling her that her late night practice on the reformer was not just for nothing, it was for everything. 🤍 • • • #pilates #pilatesinstructor #reformerpilates #healthjourney #wellnessjourney by @wellwithsage

My current favorite loaded water recipe as a full time Pilates instructor who needs a little fun drink everyday Sparkling Blush Refresher! - Half hibiscus tea 🌺 - Half sparkling water 💧 - 4 droppers of Morning Light BLUSH 🍓🍉(strawberry watermelon rose water flavoring) - 1/2 a lime 🍋‍🟩 - A whole lot of ice 🧊 *optional: maple syrup if you want it more sweet Such a good pick me up and has around 50mg of natural caffeine to give me a nice energy boost with no jitters or crash. Plus vitamins like B complex, electrolytes, l-Theanine, and l-tyrosine for energy, mood, and performance! • • • #hydration #waterflavoring #sandiegofitness #loadedwater #pilatesinstructor by @wellwithsage
