Strength and conditioning done with the boys ✔️

Ladies only sesh taught ✔️

Warmed up with some Judo then worked subs and sweeps from closed guard and lasso. A lot covered, but the main take away i wanted to try and get from today is to try and make the girls think about their opponents weight and where it is. If they are coming forward into you, go for collar chokes or redirect their momentum into a sweep...if they are pulling back that usually means an arm is exposed so look for armbars, triangles...switching to lasso or spider and trying stuff from there.

Bit of tekkers, bit of flowing and trying situations, then some good hard sparring. 💪😉

Took the new belt out for a spin today. No one in my category so did the absolute against the lovely @emington .

Went the full 10 mins, got a few sub attempts on, but lost to points. Thanks for the match Em, was fun 😊

Another awesome class girls!!
Warmed up with Osoto gari to keep the take downs going, then escapes and subs from side control, then some really good sparring.
You're all looking like you know what you're doing now and im seeing some awesome jits coming along. So well done 👏 ✔️

Also....you guys are waaayyyy to cute!!! Thankyou so much for the little song 😂 and the card and gifts! Im so glad I get to teach you lot and its an honour to coach you all 🥹🖤
